On Healthcare: - Construction of East Africa's largest Chilren's Hospital has begin in Mogadishu, investment from Turkey. On Tourism: - Travel & Tourism is flourishing now, with resorts, hotels, and other fields in the sector going under development as of now, investment from the public. On the Road: - Completion of Mogadishu to Balad road, reducing travel time and more safe, country wide to develop better road system is underway, investment from sister concerned countries such as Iran & Japan. On Real Estate: - This sector is now booming, but with great care needed to make sure land ownership is handled better, other than that, it is going smooth, investment from the public. On Aviation: - Negotiations are underway to re-establish Somali Airlines, with the help of Turkey. - Somali Air Space will be fuly transferred to Mogadishu when Somali Traffic Controllers are being trained.
