  3. Jafa...its Like they gave up on Premiership. keeping with what has been a disappointing domestic campaign as they slipped to a single-goal defeat at Ewood Park. while chelsea are now 15 points clear at the top of the table seating there confortably a 2/0 goals by (Mr Lampard himself and Robben) winning at stanford bridge, blues were defeated at home for the first time in 59 games Under Sir Jose Maurinho- against the catalans (barcelona) midweek.. Viva ze bluess

  9. Masha-allah sis wlc -When a person is born he/she is purely natural, free of sin and Muslim. Humans, we are told in the Qur'an, are made in the best of forms and start life with a huge plus. It is only in later life that their environments may lead them to take beliefs or adopt practices that contradict Islam. Because of our nature, deep down we all need to find our purpose in life; we all know we have moral responsibilities and we all know that, if anything ought to be, then Allah must exist....... Allah knows best.... Jazakallaaah sis wlc

  18. Originally posted by somealien: when you say "gaalo", do you mean whites, or do you mean christians? It aplies to both.. back to the topic~ Since they dont have boundries..they might do whatever they like, they dont believe in existence walaahi you'll come across many kinds .. Growing up in a non-Muslim society is a challenging task. It gives us an opportunity to prove that we can live as Islaam Here we come across many things which are against the beliefs and teachings of Islaam. A Muslim is also a lot different from a non-Muslim in many respects.Muslims and non-Muslims are all human beings. So as humans we have a lot in common. But our way of life is entirely different from theirs. Another thing is that in a non-Muslim society, we young people meet many young non-Muslims who can learn about Islaam by our own examples. So a non-Muslim society gives a chance to act as the ambassadors of Islaam for the non-Muslims. We would never have got this opportunity in a purely Muslim country. I hope, the Muslim youth will keep this in mind. Allah haifz..w.s

  21. Sista a muslim should follow two things the Quran and the haddith of the prophet (swa)- I ststed earlier about why a woman cannot be a leader you can read my first post i replied to brotha legend..and you'll get your Answers there.. An authentic haddith- Nabi sallallahu alaihi wasallam Says . I have not seen any one of deficient intellect and deen who is more destructive to the intelligence of a cautious man than you women." then a woman asked the prophet (swa) - "Why is that, O messenger of Allah ? he replied " Do you not spend a few nights without performing salâh and without keeping fast? This is the deficiency of her deen and the testimony of one of you equals half the testimony of a single man - this is the deficiency of her intellect. "... so that if one of the two women errs, the second would remind her". (Al Baqarah, verse 281) Allah (sw) knows best " w/s

  23. ^^^Ameen Sista.. There was a time the prophet (saw) and his companions struggled, faced hardship ...we just have to go throw it. Allah tells us that we will be tested. He also makes it clear to us what is expected from us when we undergo these trials and what our reward will be if we are successful. Allah(sw) says: “Be sure we shall test you with something of fear and hunger, some loss in goods, lives and the fruits (of your toil) but give glad tidings to those who patiently persevere. Those who, when misfortune strikes them, say: ‘Indeed we belong to Allah and to Him is our return. Those are the ones upon whom are blessings and mercy from their Lord and it is those who are rightly guided.†[suratul al-Baqarah: 155] Every one of us is being tested by Allah. He tests us all in different ways. We should not assume that the difficulties that we face in life are punishments or are signs that Allah is displeased with us. We are tested with health as well as sickness. A man with good eyesight is tested with regards to his use of it. Will he use the blessing of his sight to good purpose or to gaze at unlawful things? His good eyesight may be what takes him to Hell. A blind man is tested whether he will bear patiently with his disability. His patience in affliction may be what earns him his place in Paradise. Our goal is the Hereafter and we are all being tested. Let us move on, then, to good and righteous deeds, to the company of righteous people, to avoiding deviation after having been guided aright. May Allaah be with you all . w/s
  24. ^^ Sista ..Allah (sw) says in the Quran: "And women have rights similar to the rights against them (the right of men) according to what is equitable and men have a degree over them." [sURATUL-BAQARAH: 228] The rights of women that men are responsible for are compulsory just as the rights of men that women are responsible for are compulsory. The right of both (men and women) have been given the same ruling ...... it is not necessary that the rights of both take the same form. Instead, if women are responsible for a specific duty then so are men. Household matters, training and looking after the children are the responsibility of the women whereas men are responsible for earning a living so that they may fulfil the needs of women (their wives). It is a lady's duty to serve and obey her husband and the mehr (dowry) and expenditure of the women is the husband's duty. There is however one quality on accord of which man have superiority over women. This is why Allah(sw), at the end of this verse says: "and men have a degree over them." Allah (sw)Again explains this degree of superiority that men have over women in this verse-"Men are overseers of women because Allah(sw) granted virtue to some of them (men) over others ( women) and because of their spending from their wealth". [suratul NISaa 34] Allah (sw) knows best w/s
  25. WoL Said Somali women dont need to be praised by all, she knows her worth, knows her duty on earth its her husbands job to make her feel special, her childs to make her feel appreciated and loved and the community to accept her assistance. Very true Sister... where are ppl geting this Ideology of praising one another.. I believe both man & woman SHould be Modest and shy , P:S A woman becomes more attractive, when she becomes more modest and shy. Modesty is the thing that attracts me and many other men. The more a woman is modest the more attractive she becomes..
