Al. The correct term is "gerrymandered." Alpha, this is a fundamental tactic in American elections. This is does not mean that Warsame's win was less impressive. To the contrary, it was more impressive. Warsame managed to gerrymander the district to fit in more of his electorate. These districts are arbitrary and are constantly re-drawn according to the desires of political aspirants. Republicans have managed to capture the House of Representatives primarily using this tactic. He not only won fairly, he won strategically. As a political junkie, I call this move, BRILLIANT. The man has a long, bright future in politics. You might as well jump on the bandwagon.
