I started saving for my retirement recently after reading good articles about the benefits of saving early. I googled 401-K and zakat topic and I found differing answers.
I would like to hear your personal experience and how you handle zakat on retirement savings.

People with certain colon conditions can't tolerate large seeds swallowed in their diet. There is not much benefit to swallowing watemelon seeds anyways, so he is wise to advise his patients to avoid WMS.

In the wake of the Hobby Lobby decision, we seem to be getting hit more and more with the idea that women don’t really need birth control, with all the accompanying undertones that women shouldn’t be having a sex life because that makes us sluts. But now science has found a link between believing that female promiscuity is bad, and believing that women are economically dependent on men. And those of us who are familiar with the idea of systemic misogyny say “Duh!”
According to a study published in the journal Archives of Sexual Behavior (which sounds like it should be publishing high-brow smut, but oh well), there is a significant overlap between people who believed that women should not be promiscuous and people who believe that women are, or should be, economically dependent on men. The authors explain this by pointing out that ”in environments in which female economic dependence on a male mate is higher, both a woman and her mate have a greater interest in maximizing paternity certainty.”
The point is that there is now some science to back this stuff up. It’s not just social scientists of feminism analyzing the ways in which the world seems to fit together. Science says there’s a real connection between opposition to birth control and belief in female dependence, with people who exhibit one more likely to also exhibit the other. So the birth control critics can continue to claim they aren’t anti-women, but we’ve now got science on our side, guys.

World Cup Angel of Doom Mick Jagger attends Brazil-Germany match, Brazil lose 7-1
Brazilians begged Mick Jagger not to support their team at this World Cup. He developed a reputation for cursing the teams he supported at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa when he was present for the elimination of England (his homeland), the U.S. (he attended with Bill Clinton) and Brazil (he has a Brazilian son with model Luciana Gimenez). But that turned out to be nothing compared to the horror he ushered in at the 2014 World Cup.
With the Rolling Stones on tour, Jagger could not attend the early rounds of this World Cup, but still afflicted teams with his tainted support from afar. At a concert in Rome, he predicted Italy would beatUruguay to reach the knockout stage. Italy lost 1-0 and were eliminated. At a show in Lisbon, he predicted Portugal would win the tournament. Portugal also went out in the group stage. And when England played Uruguay, he tweeted "Let's go England! This is the one we win!!!" England lost and, like the others, failed to reach the knockout stage.
This prompted Brazilians to dub Jagger "pe frio" — a term for bad luck that translates to "cold foot." They tried to harness his powers of destruction and use them against their rivals along the way to reaching the semifinals by bringing cardboard cutouts of him wearing the opposing team's shirt and offering a message of support in word bubbles. Here's one that was brought to the semifinal against Germany.
But the cardboard cutouts proved to be no match for the real thing.
Wearing an England hat to try and divert his curse to a team he's already doomed, Jagger attended the Brazil-Germany match with his son, who wore a Brazil shirt, and a group of other local supporters. And the result was emphatic enough to make a believer in occult out of anyone. Brazil lost 7-1, with five goals coming in the first 30 minutes of play — a new World Cup record. It was Brazil's widest margin of defeat ever. Not just in the World Cup. Ever. It was Brazil's first home loss in a competitive match since 1975. And to top it off, Germany's Miroslav Klose scored to overtake Brazlian Ronaldo all-time World Cup scoring record against Brazil and in Brazil.
This was the first match Jagger attended during this World Cup and it just so happened to be one of the worst losses in the history of the sport. Clearly his powers of destruction are only growing stronger.
You can blame the absence of Neymar and Thiago Silva, you can blame Luiz Felipe Scolari's tactics, you can even blame Germany for being unrelenting, but this result was obviously all down to Mick Jagger, World Cup Angel of Doom.

Dr. Kenney, Xaaji is not bad at all. To me, Xaaji Xunjuf is an intelligent guy who strongly supports his fiefdom.
As far as Puntland goes, A friend once bragged to me that Puntland is bankrupt and I dismissed it as one of his usual Somaliland bravado, but I am beginning to believe there is something wrong here. Why isn't Puntland paying its army? The army should be the first ones to be paid from any taxes collected. Abdiwali is always in the news traveling, where does that travel money come from and what is he doing abraod?
