  1. You are dealing with Indians??? and you are still going ahead with it even after all the cr8p??? I have a thing about ealing with Indians and Africans, if they dont have a white face i walk out of any proposed deal. Make sure you read the tenancy agreement before signing. If the deposit clause doesnt mention cash then you are entitled to give a cheque. I will warn you, your deposit will NOT come back after you leave the property. If you dont trust them then why go ahead with it?

Tuujiye My point was and is that the unity card is thrown at SL a little too often mainly due to the unity camp not realising that there is no unity and in Somalia today and there has'nt been since Barre's coup. We all know how the SL people originally embraced unity but now feel unity is just a tool used to go back to the days i have already mentioned before. Allahu aclam what the future holds. May it be a peaceful one for all IA. May the people of mugdisho strive for peace IA. Happy 18th!

Tuujiye ..remember you said that sxb and that makes it clear for me..the only reason you clebrate this is because of as you said "a certain majority tripe"......and is clear to me that you celebrate may 18 because of qabiil..I have given you some clear facts sxb..you just don't have the knowledge to understand my facts which is a clear point... So please I'm sorry and injoy your celebration.. I celebrate becuase of the downfall of an oppresive dictator and the starting of a new era. One with peace and stability in-lieu of anarchy and distruction. If my co celebrators happen to be of the same tribe as me then thats fine by me. But if those against it are using this to reinforce their 'united' stand rather than look at the 'real' reasons why may 18th is celebrated then i also have a right to presume that person is a qabilist towards Somalilanders. Understand? ps whats facts did you present? and what knowledge i'm i lacking? Ps. Somalia is not qabiil state and the only people that want it like that and think of it like that are does who are like you and want Somalia not to be United. Please define unity is the Somali context. Maybe SL should give control to a bunch of warlords, maybe there should not be an accountable govnt who we can question, maybe we should all become armed with a klashi for protection, let certain sub tribes control the ports and another to control the airports, set up road blocks within our cities etc etc. Then i'm sure we will be part of a 'united' Somalia

^^You see, you are not concentrating facts but rather 'opinion'. FACT: SL became independent and celebrates on May 18th. Now if you have anything in the way of an argument to suggest why it should not be celebrated please bring it to the fore, otherwise its getting boring. You call it a qabilist celebration because there is a majority tribe in that region? Is that all you can muster up? An easy excuse to make without much consideration towards the reasons why they left the Union. Can desregarding the 'right' of a people to seperate be considered as being qabilist? If the answer is no, then you must have a problem with why they seperated - ie you do not feel their oppression justified their actions. ps isnt Somalia a 'qabil' state?

Tuujiye Yes Barre also oppressed others and nobody is disputing that fact. However, the people of the north decided to cut off ties with Somalia all together (ie be independent from the oppressor). A right she was and still is entitled to in my humble opinion, while others didnt think it was the wy to go (for their own reasons). The mere fact that a region of Somalia broke away and celebrates its independence day however much delayed, as our good cuban pointed out, is enough to suggest there was something wrong. I dont know maybe rear woqooyi should have kept quiet while their educated and wealthy men where being arrested and those who could moved to the middle east. So you see saxib, you can call it a qabilist celebration all you want, maybe it makes more sense for your to call it this, it may also ease the guilt of others. But you (and others) can not dispute the fact that the people of the north (a majority certain tribe) where oppressed and they decided it would better for them to do something it about it- ie its better for us to seperate. May 18th is the day this seperation period - downfall of Barre & independence, is celebrated and we will always remember. ps why do the Americans Celebrate 4th July?
  9. You must be refering to the world cup taking place in Cyprus this year.

Tuujiye, lets work with facts here rather than opinion. On May 18th 1991 Somaliland declared its independence from Somalia after the downfall of the Siad Barre ragime. Thus making this date a time for Somlis (note - all Somalis) to remember/celebrate. Yes, you should also remember and be happy the regime ended. Like it or not Siad Barre fell, like it or not the people of SL will celebrate the day. Its as simple as that saxib. The one window thing is irrelevant unless you are contesting that Barre was innocent. Whether SL should be seperate from Somalia is also irrelevent as that is not whats being discussed.
  11. 15 months, huh? Well, it's more than hit&run killer drivers get these days (3-6months). Some of them walk free. I think status played a part here to make an example of,,,,

Sxb Somaliland aint safe.. you should go there and see how people live.. You ether rich or poor.... Tuujiye, stop hating saxib its not your colour. Somaliland is safe and we both know it thats why so many people go there each summer and many more making trips throughout the rest of the year. That why you have westerners walking the streets without being fearful, thats why you have Chinese Engineers working there. Thats why you have so many UN Agencies operating there. ps i'm a regular to S/land saxib and would recommend many others (including you and others) to go and take a look for your selves. If you are not impressed (ie pros out-weigh the cons) i will re-imburse your flight fee.
  13. ^^I have the London to Sheffield record saxib, 1 hour and 26mins.
  14. ^^I drive at 120mph on the M1. The average speed is 90mph. The police will obviously spot the Aston Martin more than the Ford Mondeo! I'm not saying he shouldnt have got what he deserved but its still a sad day for the family. Ps, you have others who have walked free or with a lesser sentence
  15. A bad day for the Hamed family, may they come out of it stronger IA. Former world boxing champion Naseem Hamed has been jailed for dangerous driving after a crash which left another driver severely injured. Hamed, 32, from Dore in Sheffield, was sentenced to 15 months after pleading guilty at an earlier hearing. He was also given a four-year driving ban. His £325,000 McLaren-Mercedes crashed at 90mph in Sheffield on 2 May 2005. The judge criticised the DVLA for refusing to reveal that Hamed had been banned before for driving at 110mph. The Honorary Recorder of Sheffield, Judge Alan Goldsack, told Hamed: "I find it astonishing that the DVLA has not been prepared to co-operate with the prosecution to give them details of your earlier offences - apparently on human rights grounds." Anxious to impress The DVLA's decision led to Hamed being sentenced at Sheffield Crown Court on Friday without the judge being told he had previously banned for a year for driving a Porsche at 110mph on the M1 in Derbyshire. He also had three other previous convictions for speeding offences, details of which the prosecution had to find from court records. After last May's head-on crash, the driver of the other car, 38-year-old Anthony Burgin, spent weeks in hospital with fractures to "every major bone in his body". His wife Clare was also injured. The court heard how Hamed had been anxious to impress businessman Asif Ayub, 46, who was a passenger in the McLaren-Mercedes at the time of the crash. Hamed was showing what his car could do when he crossed a solid white line at a speed of at least 90mph and crashed head-on into a Volkswagen Golf that emerged from a dip in the road. The court heard Hamed's car then hit a second vehicle, a Ford Mondeo he had been trying to overtake. 'Too serious' The driver of the Mondeo, Michael Wood, described Hamed's overtaking manoeuvre in court as "****** , suicide, ridiculous". Jailing Hamed on Friday, Judge Alan Goldsack said the only possible sentence was custody. "It is far too serious for anything else", he said. "You could easily have killed Mr Burgin." Outside court, the Burgins' solicitor, Jane Wright, said the couple were "extremely relieved" by the sentence. She said: "People must never underestimate the amount of damage done to people's lives through driving dangerously on the roads." Hamed's solicitor, Steve Smith, said he was "very disappointed" with the result and said he did not think Hamed's celebrity status had been an advantage.

Ronnie Osolivan was helped out drink and drugs by NAseem Hamed, Khalid Yasin and others who reside in Sheffield. He was assumed to be willing to accept Islam. Ronnie took his shahada at EAst London mosque. It made world news, Ronnie the Rocket is now a Muslim mashallah,,,,,,,or we all thought. A week later he said he was not a muslim and never intended to become one. He repeated the Shahada at the mosque to be 'polite'! May be guided to the right path,,,,
  20. All this blink first is nonesense. Iran have made a gueture which it hopes will be taken seriously by the international community. This gesture of peaceful negotiations to solve the problems with the world today is unheard of and is probably being applauded behind closed doors. But the media will obviously make a USA vs Iran boxing match scenario with sympathy with the US. This letter has made Iran seem a more compassionate country than that which is being thrown at them by western media outlets resulting in Iran winning the propaganda war so far. The details of the letter will be revealed soon,,,, The Iranians are playing the game well
