  6. Thierry, I have been watching old football classics at 4am on Dubai Sport Went for an extravagant afur last night. While we got ourselves salads and soups as starters, carabtu bariiskii iyo hilibkii ayey gurteen lol. How can you start with bariis iyo hilib for afur? My suxuur has been wayward at best. An energy drink last night.
  7. Probably what everyone already knew. Tried to run before he could walk and wore his heart on his sleave. That lead to his downfall. If he was a little more patient and coniving who knows? Some on here might the see article as an insult
  8. “They put me on everything—lithium, Prozac, St. John’s wort,” Farthing says. “They even told me to sit in front of a big light for half an hour a day or I'd become suicidal. I kept telling them this was all pointless, and they said that was exactly the sort of attitude that got me here in the first place.” Brilliant

  10. Canada not affcted by tribalism? I haven't seen a more segregated Somali community than in Canada (Toronto). Or maybe that is only during Somali week As for UK, it is a depressing place. Two friends who recently went there on month long holidays both returned within 2 weeks

  20. Ramadan Kareem all I was running around last night doing the last minute shopping and what not and the whole city was probably doing the same. Got home had dinner and then left again for Tarawiix only to go to a mosque doing the 22 rak'a version with short repeated suuras. I missed the opening of the Quran (something quite profound on first night of tarawiix). New area, new mosque. Will have to venture further tonight. Well, in 5 mins I get to go home (1.30pm) I think it will be afur at a Somali hotel tonight. Should have drank a glass of water this morning
  21. After Liverpool beat ManU Kenny and Fergie are having a talk. Fergie: Kenny how come your team has become so strong since you took over? can you give me some advice? Kenny: Well the secret is to hang around with intelligent people. Fergie: What? So I have to fire my whole team? Kenny: Maybe yes but that´s not the point. Look you have to ask your players some difficult questions. Kenny takes a sip of his tea and calls for Raul Meireles. Raul: Boss you have called me? Kenny: Raul listen, your parents have a child he´s not your brother and not your sister. Who is it? Raul: That´s easy boss, that would be me then. Kenny: Well done Raul you can go. So kenny turns to Fergie and tells him that this is the key to a strong team. it´s intelligence. So after Fergie arrived back in Manchester he wants to try that too. So he calls for Rooney. Fergie: Wayne, listen your parents have a child. He´s not your brother and not your sister. Who is it? Rooney: Wow boss this is difficult let me think about it ok? So Rooney goes to every staff member and asks them but nobody knows. So frustrated he goes back to the cabin where he meets Gary Neville. Rooney: Hey gary your parents have a child. He´s not your brother and not your sister. Who is it? Gary: Hmm, well that´s easy that would be me then. Rooney: Ok thanks mate. fully excited he runs towards his coach. Rooney: hey coach I got the answer Fergie: that took you a while. tell me Rooney: well it´s Gary Neville Fergie: no you dumb **** it´s Raul Meireles :D
