  1. Nepotism Alive and Well in Somaliland, and the president allows this to happen.
  2. ^^^ Chill out, that girl don't want you homie, you're money isn't long enough. I am interested, I'll fly to Bristol (word is bond), so Xaaji, what's her status? Ps.I'm ^*%*^ with you Carafaat
  3. ^^^You sound hurt, calm down. His evidence and data is debunked by other economists, I suggest that you do some reading on this Here: http://online.wsj.com/public/article/SB113314261192407815-HLjarwtM95Erz45QPP0pDWul8rc_20061127.html?mod=tff_main_tff_top%29
  4. ^^^Its a controversial claim, you have many other economists that disagree with his study (http://online.wsj.com/public/article/SB113314261192407815-HLjarwtM95Erz45QPP0pDWul8rc_20061127.html?mod=tff_main_tff_top%29) and Mr Levitt is going to rebuttal, and they will as well...At the end of the day, you're only supporting the economist that supports your theory.
  5. So Steven Levitt University of Chicago says it wasn't policing strategy that made crime to fall, but it was abortion that played a role in reducing the crime? I'm guessing you agree with this theory?
  6. Safferz;945603 wrote: Also false, there are economists and other researchers who have shown that the role of policing in that drop in crime is negligible. Crime rates dropped across the United States over that period. Lets just stick with NYC. Are you saying that mayor Gulliani almost doubling the new york police force and providing them with the resource needed to fight crime had nothing to do with crime numbers falling during his tenure? What are these economists and researches you speak of saying were the main reason why crime fell?
  7. ^^Yeah, crime fell in NYC because of Guiliani's get tough policies, effective preventive measures. Everyone called Guillliani a racist back then, but his record prove itself.

  9. Mo Farah is going to say what looks good for his brand;he runs for GB and GB is hosting this event.

These stops and frisks induce a healthy dose of fear for the law. It's often the geeks from the suburbs that talk all that nonsense about "don't profile the thugs". Tell them to talk to the women, children and the elderly that are witnessing all these BS and live in the hood.

A soldier/cop outside the power framework will work tens times as hard and be ten times as brutal to his own people to please his masters, who smugly look on from afar. I wouldn't call it a "racial profiling", but rather a realistic profiling. Those dudes (latino's and blacks) are targeted because they choose to dress in certain ways, you don't get picked on if you're dressed accordingly. In order to stop crime in trouble areas you have to take precautionary measures....only hippies cry about racial profiling.
  12. You hardly see any white cops around upper Manhattan to all the way to the 167th street in the Bronx. It's black and Latino cops "racial profiling" African American men apparently.
  13. This after NBA player Jason Collins announces that his "gay" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N_SHBMn3ODU
  14. Safferz;943829 wrote: Why not? You called it a rumour, like several others in the thread, which is absurd. I'm just baffled by a common response I've seen on here when folks encounter information that's new to them and involves a rethinking of their essentialist and ahistorical notions of what Somalis are (or what Somalia is or was), the response is denial and erasure rather than realizing they don't know everything. I only entered this thread to respond to Mad_Mullah's original post about there being no Somali Christians except current asylum seekers and half-Italians, which is false... and ironic, considering the "Mad Mullah" himself started his campaign when he was angered by the numbers of Somali Christians he was seeing at the turn of the 20th century. That war is also directly responsible for the Christians in my family, Somalis who bore the brunt of the conflict when much of the fighting took place in their region and then fled to Yemen to escape the violence, right into the arms of the churches who took them in. And names mean everything, particularly when they are Biblical ones like Edna . You doing a lot of unnecessary writing that`s totally beside the point . Stoic is telling you, if you do not have prove to say that Edna family is Christian, avoid making such nasty claims. And besides, there are plenty of Muslim girls with the name Edna, its a popular with the Bosnian Muslims, leave the name alone, christian name or not, is beside the point.
  15. ^^I agree with you Stoic, she's free to practice any religion of her choice, more power to her. She's just fat, black and ugly as ^%$ though.
  16. Wadani;943738 wrote: i have enough faith in ur integrity to presume that u wouldnt spread such a pernicious rumour. So at this point i'm no longer challenging u as much as I'm just curious of how or from whom u came to know of this. Saxib, is a gross lie, she has an Arap relative in Calgary, go ask about them. Go ask our Jac on this board for confirmation.

Blessed- I feel you walaahi but for me it was after the kids, my hair became brittle but alhamdullilah i've noticed a significant difference with these two. I take 300mcg of biotin and 3000mg of MSM per day- they are separate. Did you know that Cholecalciferol is the main ingredient in Vitamin D3 which is the same ingredient they use to poison rats
  19. Aaliyyah;941866 wrote: Well done to the lady and that man at the end of the clip who spoke up for justice regarding Khaatumo State in the face of blatant falsehood. They were really, really, really embarrassing.
  20. Apophis;941476 wrote: What's embarrassing is denying the basic societal organisational of a major East African lineage because of a pretty standard and normal (in world historical sense) war between these people of kin. Qabil is a way of life for us Somalis and hate it as much as you like, it cannot be eradicated for it means the eradication and negations of our entire history. Totally in agreement - its integral part that can not be denied.
