  1. My mark on SOL is not for me to say. SOL can decided for themselves what they think my mark is/was I've made a lot of friends and I believe each one has inspired me in their own way. p.s. There's a video of a dog farting that has 10 times as many hits. not the best indicator of success.

Bottle of water . mid afternoon (5:00) Handful of honey-roasted almonds dinner (8pm) Chicken breast/ salmon steak, steamed veggies There are variation to the combo but I think you get the idea.
