Terrorism is a continuation of armed/war by other means.

Of course, majority of soldiers of Shabab are those dispossessed and discriminated against through the unfair system of 4.5 system or throughtout Somali history, they intermingle, marry  and empower traditionally  low castes , untouchables and use them.

So shabaab in a sense gets oxygen from injustice and grievences felt by those neglected/under-represented.

And by fixing the constituation, moving to more fairer and transparent system, one man one vote, will end Shabaab.And the easy part could be at Federal but harder at mini regional dictators.
