Asad Ahmed Posted February 20, 2016 This Project is being Done purely by the Locals and with their own $$$$,It is two Phase Project first Project of this Road will go as Far as cadale-150 KM via the coast,the second phase will Reach Hobyo,No Gov funding,NO NGO funding,No Aid but i am PRETTY Sure some NGOS will be arriving coming out in droves once a tangible progress is being MADE.the equipment has arrived,construction has already begin!
