In Quebec a separatist premier with a minority government took the nasty road of nativist and Muslim baiting to get a majority government. She knew that there were no religious or other problems arising from the targeted community. The French Canadian politician who usually bashes the English speakers of the province thought Muslim bashing will make her increase her seats. She was defeated badly by the opposition and was decimated. Prime minister Harper was polling well, tied with the liberal opposition. He began a campaign of fear focusing a useless Niqab and other unnecessary minor issues to marginalize the peaceful and integrated Muslims of Canada to increase his vote. Canadians by large margins rejected his dog whistling and his campaign of fear and elected Justin Trudeau and the liberals . The same faith is awaiting load mouth Trump and his ilk's. This Muslim Community of North America is an integral part of these nations and the good people of America and Canada will reject the campaign of fear.
