You are wrong.

Somaliland doesn't fully control SSC and this will hamper any agreements made by the SL government since the people there will ask for a greater share of the wealth, and regarding oil production I was talking about the short term, Somalia will award blocks the size of countries and they will be waiting years for oil companies to dig oil.

Genel energy ,ophir are neither in khatumo territory,DNO is only less than 1/3 in khatumo.Actually SL without Khatumo has more oil than any otha region and more companies r coming.Khatumites can keep their wealth.

Sounds like he's the right man for such a messy job! :D
