A little late in the game, but better late than never. This same move was suggested to Egal during his trip to the U.S. in 1999 but to no avail. Once again, it was strongly suggested to Rayaale for the next 8+ yrs but still no movement. Well, it seems Siilaanyo & co. saw the light.

 

Interestingly enough, the news bulletin mentions it was the Ministry of Presidential Affairs that hired the firm, not the Foreign Ministry.
