The civil war is about to stop automatically, a good sign is that you have started to sound odd as you talk of tribal politics. Even your secessionist folks don't take you serious man. Actually most don't believe in isolating them selves from Somalis the way you betraying the unity. They simply want peace, dignity and progress, but they are scared of the few tribal heads and puppet rulers. In short, it is not the 9os kinda shit, but fortunately it's 2011 and revolutionary year. Silaanyo and other puppet rules will do Mubarak, they will be history. You won't guess, what is in store for you, so basically hope for unity of Somalis. Hope for dignity, peace and real progress. Hope for puppet rules to go, sooner than later. Hope for that you find Godane in Hargeysa and sit with him to have couple cups of Somali tea, not clan propaganda.
