NGonge that tree you posted is the Garnway, it grows everywhere in Somaliland. with deep roots and a survivor through any drought, prevent other trees from growing, mosquito nest and no shad, sharp torn. It is a terror of a tree.

Yeah Ngonge it's the same tree.

 

Ibtisam, do you know why it's called the Garanwaa? It's because when the tree first appeared in the north, the Northern nomads had no name for it because it's an alien species so they simply called it Garanwaa (Unknown) :D

Sorry I couldn't make it larger. I think this particular tree that is called "Geed Yahuud" is some sort of weed that has grown although la is dhihi karo inaysan mucjiso ka maqnayn waayo magaaladan dhiig badan ayaa ku daatay. There is a myth that alot of people beleive which is "That UNISOM brought it with them and planted it in and around Mogadishu" :D Oral society wax walba waa laga maqlayaa.
