Gabbal Posted February 5, 2007 According to Fartaag, this man had no right to name what he named and has no documentation to proof he has the support of the president. Also according to Fartaag, the president, defense minister, and others are expected soon in Kismaayo where they will carry out the building of Jubbaland. If it is true and the naming of the judicial courts is without support from the president and others, I would say Fartaag has a right in putting a stop to it. What about you? Also, under the constitution, only the president has the right to name judicial nominees. This is not any different then when Mohamed Dhere's men sent back the appointees for the municipal position of Jowhar because they did not have proper authorization.
