It is the same card Mr. Somalia needs for the third time. Even on the football field where stamina and determination is required, the Bari guys resort to af-ka-dirir. Shame! Congratulations to the SOOL team.
SayidSomal Posted December 14, 2009 ^your friend Mr Somalia is from Mudug - the proper reer bari practise the art of "haddii kubadu ku dhafto ninku yuusan ku dhafin" - the guy caytamay must be a new reer bari who recently settled there from Somali galbeed

General Duke Posted December 17, 2009 I have not seen a single game, but I know MUDUG will take it.
Paragon Posted December 17, 2009 Yeah, right. Mudug will take it, Mudug will take it. You tell that to yourself. Ofcourse Sanaag owns this cup.
Fiqikhayre Posted December 17, 2009 ^Its Mudugs but if not then it belongs to Sanaag.
miles-militis Posted December 17, 2009 The odds are highly in favour of Bari lifting the trophy, even tho' Sool was said to have been the dark horse; but since these 2 are pitched against one another, then either Sanaag or Mudug stands a chance. Fiqikhayre Posted December 17, 2009 ^Sool are the current champions but it is true that the Bari team are very much favoured to lift the trophy although the current champions Sool should never be underestimated. But that doesn't mean that Mudug and Sanaag are just walk overs en route to the final given that the semi-final draw favoured both Bari and Sool as they have been drawn the 'weaker' Sanaag and Mudug sides distinctively. But as they say in football everything is possible and that could mean Mudug lifting the cup or even Sanaag .
miles-militis Posted December 17, 2009 The Mudug team seemed a bit erratic struggling at times; and after all, they qualified on goal numbers unlike Bari which appeared to have dominated, except against Sool; but as you said, never say never. And my money is on Bari to sweep the stakes ...
Fiqikhayre Posted December 17, 2009 ^You're right Mudug got through on goal difference they had 4 points the same as Cayn but due to their superior goals scored they managed to go through to the semifinals of the tournament. Bari and especially Sool were totally dominant in their groups and devastating to their group rivals with Sool coming out on top with all their points intact whilst Bari lost to Sool in a game they totally dominated the opposition, the only points that they dropped. Group B was less competitive and it seemed the teams were cancelling each other out. All indicates to a Bari vs Sool final but Mudug boys could sneak through just as the Sanaag boys could against their powerful and mighty rivals from next door the mighty, mighty boys from the Bari region who it seems their name is already written on the trophy this year.
