Where is the justice in the so called United Nations charter, which on the one hand preaches that all nations are equal, while of the other gives extra powers to certain nations (mostly Western nations and more precisely all being on the northern hemisphere)... LANDER Posted March 31, 2004 Suldaan, those are the only 5 that have veto power, Israel, Germany and Japan are not permanent members of the security council.
