What you have here is a basic childish strategy that some here have been taken in by. One group is lloking for money through the NGO’s and is going through a never talks in Djibouti, while another groups keeps attacking and killing. Its all a silly strategy to prolong the war. These groups have a capacity to kill civilians but nothing else. Islamic state will not be set up by thugs adeer.
