No absolutely not  How ever to safe Somaliland from civil war between local clans  if muse is going to go through with it he should go for the coastal guban areas. But all in all its better not to sign anything with the Ethiopians.  And use it as fear tactic and leverage against the Koonfurians in order to reach a final agreement that would be my best outcome for all. Except the Ethiopians

Some things cannot be used as a bluff. Inviting a hegemonic neighbor led by a leader who believes he is the reincarnation of Messehiah is one of them.

And giving away territories of other clans will ensure a civil war. Reer Awdal and Isse are not going to be gifted to Ethiopia.

I have read somewhere Ethiopia spent months, trying to figure out area, maps, survey, footholds,strategic,,easier to build roads, trains etc,so  any location is not option for them
