ansaar17 Posted February 5, 2007 one tribe cannot hide under the notion that they represent all of somalia. the puntlanders are not the army of somalia but a tribal militia just like any other tribal militia. and in every incounter they had with other militias they have been beaten although they hide under the cloak (cidamada dowlada)!
