1.6 million voters became 0.5 million voters for somaliland election

They claimed to be 3.5 million people and 1.6 million registred voters. Every youth and adult voted if not twice and they crossed the border to vote. Finnaly it was only 0.5 million. They could not hidded this one.

Do not compare UK and Somaliland or that matter for US. You and I know no one stayed home for Somaliland election. You could even profit by selling your vote. It was 120% tone out from awdal to togdheer and part of sanaag. People came from village close to Dhagaxbuur and even west to vote. The whole tribe voted.

 

The fact remains that is the true population of Somaliland.

Add to the desperate attempts made by the diaspora communites to enhance votes maximum to the extent of putting Somali Ethiopians from the ****** on trucks to Somaliland to vote for Kulmiye on this election day basing it all on tribalism.

I can tell you the voters from Sool and E. Sanaaq (if there were any) is immenselly small.

We have learned alot from this election indeed.

First of all as i posted previously no all people had a chance to register in the first place and if you did your research instead of resulting to insults you will know that even in hargeysa not everyone had to registered since they only allowed two days for a city that had a population close to a million people which consequently brought alot of discord

 

Secondly, not everyone that had a chance to registered went to vote..heck had you chance to see how long the queue were in some places.

 

Thirdly dont forget that arund 60% of the Slder population is under 25 years old and from that you could reasoned how much are those that are less than 17 years old

 

Finally one has to realize that not all ballot boxes were not counted and alot of them were cancelled due to political pressure.

 

Marka dont jump to conclusion before analyzing the situation
