Xasan Sheekh's new drastic policies

It appears to those who are observing that Xasan Sh. is trying to change course on his policies after his failed trip to Imaaraadka. It seems to the keen-eyed that he is now following the last government's policies. Read on. 

He immediately went to Turkiga after his return, a close ally of the last government and a strong supporter of Soomaaliya's military. He also visited the base of training soldiers in Turkiga, which he has not done in his previous term as a president. 

He rebuffed Kiikuuyo by not travelling to Nayroobi for a major summit. Old Xasan Sh. would have rushed to this meeting. He is also keeping the jaad ban for now and ignoring their desperate pleas. This is in tandem to the last government's policy as well. 

It appears he is awaiting the new Kiikuuyo government after next month's elections. The frontrunner in that election, Raila Odinga, is already promising much to dowladda Soomaaliya, including re-opening xadbeenaadka, in which Uhuru does not want.

Xasan Sh. will soon travel to Eritareeya after wasiirada la magacaabo and la ansixiyo. Eritareeya is obviously another close of ally dowladii hore.

We also have not seen the big Imaaraadi rufiyaan in Xamar meeting with officials publically since Xasan Sh.'s return from his country. 

Let's also not forget pre-Imaaraad trip, Xasan Sh. also travelled to the regions and met the leaders that were closely allied to dowladii hore - Baydhabo iyo Laftagareen and Dhuusamareeb iyo Qoorqoor.

I hope he continues these policies. If only he had removed Mahad Qalaaye from BISA.

In other words he is implementing his policy of " Somali heshiis ah dunida heshiis la aha", not new is it?

 His government did not start yet. He still collecting the fruit of last government. Main difference is at least for now he is doing anything for regional level or localities. This is the most important area.

As I mentioned before the party that wants maintain status quo won. That is  what it means Somali heshiisa oo  dunida laheshiisa. It means 5 independent president in localities and Hassan gives small share of what he gets in name of federal government. It doesn’t work that way. If you want to  make hard decisions you can not  be friend with every body.

Hassan will  not address the clan mellisia in Moqdisho and around the country and that means anything he does will backtrack like the last time.
