Deeq A. Posted November 21, 2020 Opposition presidential candidates began a three-day meeting in Mogadishu on Saturday amid gridlock over the electoral process. As many as 12 candidates, including former leaders, are participating in the conference which seeks a common stance on the election commission appointed by PM Roble. The country is heading towards hotly contested elections due to start next month and continue until February 2021.
