  1. No kidding! Imagine if Bin Laden got his wish. Jihad, the non-nuke Muslims against the nuclear west! I think the world is much safer with Bin Laden like a fly annoyingly bitting on the giant elephant of the west. One swat of the elephants tail and the flys are all dead! PS. Isreal has over 200 nukes! [This message has been edited by American (edited 02-15-2002).]
  2. All of this foolish non-sense and jokes about bin laden far from proves he is alive. It only confirms he is either dead or still hiding beneath a berka in Pakastan!
  3. It is very obvious that Bin Laden was killed in the caves of Afghanistan. He could never remain silent so long without the need to video tape himself. Now the only task is to find the body.
  4. Your on it unix! Plus America has Micheal Jackson and Kiss!!
  5. Wow, a lot of replies. It appears there are a lot of nice people in Somalia. Very sensible and peace loving just like us in America. It also appears there are a few who are less tolerant of the idea of freedom. That's ok because even America has those who are less tolerant of others. How did I find this website? I was searching for "Bin Laden, Hate, America" and whammo I ended up in Somalia. As far as being a slave to US media and schools, well maybe, but I do know I have the freedom to read Al Jazeera and Somalia Online everyday if I so choose. For instance I had not heard that Germany was sending troops to Somalia to aid in routing terrorist. I also did not know that Somalia has no goverment? Maybe you have more freedom than Americans after all!
  6. Hibo, That is a beautiful description of freedom "get the hell out of here". You and your opinions would on the other hand be welcome in America.
  7. Rahiima_as-Somaali The definition of freedom? It is bit complicated. You do not seem harsh you seem reasonable. I guess I could start by saying freedom meens all 5 men who see god differently are all right. It means no other man will forbid me to believe in God as I see fit. It means no government will be allowed to impose any religion. I often hear Muslims calling for a religous government. This would be the opposite of freedom. Freedom means living next door to a Buddist on one side and a Muslim on the other and waiving a friendly hello and good morning each day.
  8. How sad, very very sad. Who do YOU blame for killing all those inocent people?
  9. Miskiin-Macruuf-Aqiyaar You missed my whole point, I want freedom to learn more about my religion, and freedom for you to learn more about yours. Jama You sound like an inteligent Muslim. How do intelligent Muslims feel about the fundametalist Muslims who feel Christians and Jews must die? I am hearing more and more here in America that all Muslims want to destroy our freedom and convert us all to Islam.
  10. Now that is what I was hopping to hear!! I wanted to hear someone tell me that thier view of god was the only one. That they know better than god himself how god should be worshipped or perceived. If five men look at god through five views what makes one man right and the other five wrong? Think about that for a minute. Is that really what god wants? One man killing the other four because they see God a little differently?
  11. On the contrary, don't be fooled by middle east propoganda. I know no American who would not die fighting for freedom. It is our way of life.
  12. I am an American who stumbled on this site while searching for different views on America. I see a lot of messages about Islam and even Islamic states but none about freedom. I am speaking of religous and racial freedom. We (Americans) generally hold freedom high on our list of priorities. We honor the right of every human to believe in God in any way each person wants. It seems to me if the rest of the world was more open to this idea the world be a more peacefull place. Including the middle east. Maybe I am wrong. Maybe the world will know peace only after one religion has killed off all the others. Is that really what God would want? Why do we never hear about freedom from the middle east?
