You are right El Punto, but we aren't talking about the US here, we are talking about a 4th World country where every leader wants to be seen and be in front of cameras.
None the less, this is an important development where anyone with a Visa / MasterCard from 1st, 2nd world country can with draw funds in US dollars.

U are both shameful, this is the opening of the first VISA/Mastercard endorsed bank in all of Somalia. Where anyone with a Visa/Mastercard from abroad can withdraw money.

It's a bogus news, because no one else is reporting it. No other Somali site is reporting this 'supposed injustice'. People from Hargeisa have just as much to celebrate their festivities as anyone else.
