Salam I asked my self why these Somali ladies are working hard while their husbands are chewing khad. I think we should watch what we eat special those of us who sit while they work. My self after 6 month of my job I realized I have gained 10 pounds just case all I do is sit and drink pop So I started to watch what I eat and drink, so my suggestion is do a lot of walking and drink water, it helps me.

I agree with you we defiantly have to talk to our kids about sex. they hear it @ school, see if you have a little sister or brother when they are on the phone try to listen their conversation they’re talking about sex. Peace and love
