Serenity has been to a British Military Fitness weekend and cannot move a muscle in her body without feeling incredible pain. She went mountain bike riding for 5KM in extreme conditions (I'm sure you've all seen what the weather was like last Saturday), did a mystery hunt for 1.5hrs on foot and jogging, an assault course and speed boat riding in the Isle of Wight. She is very happy to be back home but is feeling very confident and cannot blv she made through it alive and happy! Beat that for an adventure packed weekend peeps
