  1. I think its Afsooriyaasha, am I right!
  2. Have you watch it last time just before christmas, when they showed this somali dude who tried to strangle this prostitute in Hackney after refusing to pay. I immidiatley shouted "Alla waa soomaali". That dude left six passport photos at the scene of his crime! We somalis just ain't good at such things. Those brits never leave any passportphotos at the scene were they committed their crime.
  3. From the description of the programme's content it should make a nice watch/viewing! Crimewatch UK BBC1 England 9:00 pm Tuesday Jan 31th Police appeal for help in the case of a man who was killed with a machine gun while trying to protect a girl. Plus, an attacker who has held up 10 people at knifepoint, and a late-night drinker whose body was found in the river (T) (W/S)
  4. Maybe they will show more details tommorrow on crime watch UK, it's starts 21:00 pm at BBC One!
  5. Sxb, I thought it was "Wariyad", I checked it but couldn't find anything else. Could you please enlighten us? I still think its "Wariyad" but unless you don't prove me wrong I'll stick to it because I've nothing more to offer than "wariyad".
  6. This is great news coming from the speaker of the parliament. But what I don't understand is the comments and mix messages that are coming out of Jowhar. Baidoa was always the best option for the parliament to sit and convene. It doesn't mean that Jowhar will be deprived of the enormous benefits that its getting from the TFG and international coverage. Hopefully the government will relocate to Baidoa soon inshallah because Jowhar was always the "second choice" of the president and because they couldn't go to Baidoa they had to set up the governmental institutions in Jowhar. Baidoa is a strategic city and in fact the third largest city in Somalia. It has got a nice climate and people from all over Somalia. The people of Baido are nice, friendly and welcoming and they deserve to be the "temporary seat" of the Parliament till it can relocate to Moqadishu. The government can stay in Moqadishu! I personally disliked the comments from Mohamed Dheere who said that Baidoa can be a place of invitations to feast and condolences but nothing more than that.
  7. Ninka wariyaha ah waxaa layiraah wariye, gabadha wariyaha ah maxaa layiraah? Labka somaliga ah waxaa layiraa "somali", dhadiga somaliga ah maxaa la yiraah? First suxuufiyad ama wariyad, I know iam right, you don't have to tell me. Second answer: Soomaaliyad ama gabar soomaaliyeed.
  8. "taxaluugi", very intelligent my friend. What is that supposed to mean, yaa akhi. Waligay in my 10 years of self-tuition tano kaleeto ma ay isomarin!
  9. 1 – The ruling on one who insults the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) The scholars are unanimously agreed that a Muslim who insults the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) becomes a kaafir and an apostate who is to be executed. This consensus was narrated by more than one of the scholars, such as Imaam Ishaaq ibn Raahawayh, Ibn al-Mundhir, al-Qaadi ‘Iyaad, al-Khattaabi and others. Al-Saarim al-Maslool, 2/13-16 This ruling is indicated by the Qur’aan and Sunnah. In the Qur’aan it says (interpretation of the meaning): “The hypocrites fear lest a Soorah (chapter of the Qur’aan) should be revealed about them, showing them what is in their hearts. Say: ‘(Go ahead and) mock! But certainly Allaah will bring to light all that you fear.’ If you ask them (about this), they declare: ‘We were only talking idly and joking.’ Say: ‘Was it at Allaah, and His Ayaat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and His Messenger that you were mocking?’ Make no excuse; you disbelieved after you had believed†[al-Tawbah 9:64-66] This verse clearly states that mocking Allaah, His verses and His Messenger constitutes kufr, so that applies even more so to insulting. The verse also indicates that whoever belittles the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is also a kaafir, whether he was serious or joking. With regard to the Sunnah, Abu Dawood (4362) narrated from ‘Ali that a Jewish woman used to insult the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and say bad things about him, so a man strangled her until she died, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) ruled that no blood money was due in this case. Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah said in al-Saarim al-Maslool (1/162): This hadeeth is jayyid, and there is a corroborating report in the hadeeth of Ibn ‘Abbaas which we will quote below. This hadeeth clearly indicates that it was permissible to kill that woman because she used to insult the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). Abu Dawood (4361) narrated from Ibn ‘Abbaas that a blind man had a freed concubine (umm walad) who used to insult the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and say bad things about him. He told her not to do that but she did not stop, and he rebuked her but she did not heed him. One night, when she started to say bad things about the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and insult him, he took a short sword or dagger, put it on her belly and pressed it and killed her. The following morning that was mentioned to the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). He called the people together and said, “I adjure by Allah the man who has done this action and I adjure him by my right over him that he should stand up.†The blind man stood up and said, “O Messenger of Allaah, I am the one who did it; she used to insult you and say bad things about you. I forbade her, but she did not stop, and I rebuked her, but she did not give up her habit. I have two sons like pearls from her, and she was kind to me. Last night she began to insult you and say bad things about you. So I took a dagger, put it on her belly and pressed it till I killed her.†Thereupon the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Bear witness, there is no blood money due for her.†(Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood, 3655) It seems that this woman was a kaafir, not a Muslim, for a Muslim could never do such an evil action. If she was a Muslim she would have become an apostate by this action, in which case it would not have been permissible for her master to keep her; in that case it would not have been good enough if he were to keep her and simply rebuke her. Al-Nasaa’i narrated (4071) that Abu Barzah al-Aslami said: A man spoke harshly to Abu Bakr al-Siddeeq and I said, ‘Shall I kill him?’ He rebuked me and said, ‘That is not for anyone after the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) .’†(Saheeh al-Nasaa’i, 3795) It may be noted from this that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) had the right to kill whoever insulted him and spoke harshly to him, and that included both Muslims and kaafirs. The second issue is: if a person who insulted the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) repents, should his repentance be accepted or not? The scholars are agreed that if such a person repents sincerely and regrets what he has done, this repentance will benefit him on the Day of Resurrection and Allaah will forgive him. But they differed as to whether his repentance should be accepted in this world and whether that means he is no longer subject to the sentence of execution. Maalik and Ahmad were of the view that it should not be accepted, and that he should be killed even if he has repented. They quoted as evidence the Sunnah and proper understanding of the ahaadeeth: In the Sunnah, Abu Dawood (2683) narrated that Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqaas said: “On the Day of the Conquest of Makkah, the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) granted safety to the people except for four men and two women, and he named them, and Ibn Abi Sarh… As for Ibn Abi Sarh, he hid with ‘Uthmaan ibn ‘Affaan, and when the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) called the people to give their allegiance to him, he brought him to stand before the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). He said, “O Prophet of Allaah, accept the allegiance of ‘Abd-Allaah.†He raised his head and looked at him three times, refusing him, then he accepted his allegiance after the third time. Then he turned to his companions and said: “Was there not among you any smart man who could have got up and killed this person when he saw me refusing to give him my hand and accept his allegiance?†They said, “We do not know what is in your heart, O Messenger of Allaah. Why did you not gesture to us with your eyes?†He said, “It is not befitting for a Prophet to betray a person with a gesture of his eyes.†(Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood, 2334) This clearly indicates that in a case such as this apostate who had insulted the Prophet (S), it is not obligatory to accept his repentance, rather it is permissible to kill him even if he comes repentant. ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Sa’d was one of those who used to write down the Revelation, then he apostatized and claimed that he used to add whatever he wanted to the Revelation. This was a lie and a fabrication against the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), and it was a kind of insult. Then he became Muslim again and was a good Muslim, may Allaah be pleased with him. Al-Saarim 115. With regard to proper understanding of the ahaadeeth: They said that insulting the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) has to do with two rights, the right of Allaah and the right of a human being. With regard to the right of Allaah, this is obvious, because it is casting aspersions upon His Message, His Book and His Religion. As for the right of a human being, this is also obvious, because it is like trying to slander the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) by this insult. In a case which involves both the rights of Allaah and the rights of a human being, the rights of the human beings are not dropped when the person repents, as in the case of the punishment for banditry, because if the bandit has killed someone, that means that he must be executed and crucified. But if he repents before he is caught, then the right of Allaah over him, that he should be executed and crucified, no longer applies, but the rights of other humans with regard to qisaas (retaliatory punishment) still stand. The same applies in this case. If the one who insulted the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) repents, then the rights of Allaah no longer apply, but there remains the right of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), which still stand despite his repentance. If it is said, “Can we not forgive him, because during his lifetime the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forgave many of those who had insulted him and he did not execute them?†The answer is: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) sometimes chose to forgive those who had insulted him, and sometimes he ordered that they should be executed, if that served a greater purpose. But now his forgiveness is impossible because he is dead, so the execution of the one who insults him remains the right of Allaah, His Messenger and the believers, and the one who deserves to be executed cannot be let off, so the punishment must be carried out. Al-Saarim al-Maslool, 2/438 Insulting the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is one of the worst of forbidden actions, and it constitutes kufr and apostasy from Islam, according to scholarly consensus, whether done seriously or in jest. The one who does that is to be executed even if he repents and whether he is a Muslim or a kaafir. If he repents sincerely and regrets what he has done, this repentance will benefit him on the Day of Resurrection and Allaah will forgive him. Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allaah have mercy on him) wrote a valuable book on this matter, entitled al-Saarim al-Maslool ‘ala Shaatim al-Rasool which every believer should read, especially in these times when a lot of hypocrites and heretics dare to insult the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) because they see that the Muslims are careless and feel little protective jealousy towards their religion and their Prophet, and they do not implement the shar’i punishment which would deter these people and their ilk from committing this act of blatant kufr. And Allaah knows best. May Allaah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad and all his family and companions.
  10. lol, is that meant to represent you! It looks more like to a man to me than a woman. do you want to tell us something you forgot to mention walaaley?
  11. I've to protest checkmate on a technicality. Yes I conceive that my first part of my sentence had a grammtical error but that was due to bad spelling and an error in typing. It was meant to say and I qoute: "Waxaan kale maqlay! Also I won't except Zafirs second part of the sentence being correct. Now get on with it. I need someone who has graduated from jaamacadda lafoole ee kuliyadda luuqaddaha ama af-soomaaliga.
  12. Good to see you waving the white flag and capitulating, dear sister. I'll be graceful in my victory over yours! Af-soomaaligayana waa mid heer sare ah oo aan keligayaga is baray walaal, what do you say about that? Waa runta aan iska dayno naaniin taan iyo sida aad horayba u tiri luqadaan "baas" oo illaahay noogu nicmeeyey.
  13. Haraaniin, you mean! Yes, I said a long time ago that I was a historian first and a linguist second.
  14. Waxa kale oo aan maqley, munkar iyo nakiir wey kaa hadhaan markaad musqusha gashid. You're close but what's "Waxa" absolutely wrong but I will correct your sentence anyway. Waxaa kale oo aan maqlay, munkar iyo nakiir wey kaa hadhaaniin markaad musqusha gashid. That's it!
  15. Walaal, ma is dajinayi aniga because it's the prophets reputation we are talking about. You're either compassionate or you don't take any notice! Please tell us what the ruling of our noble religion is in that matter! If someone would insult the prophet in fron of me, I would kill them regardless of any consequences. What would you do if a newspaper would ridicule your whole persona and belittle it in a way that is not accurate? You would sue them, right! Now imagine the last prophet peace be upon him pure persona being ridiculed by a bunch of low life Kaafirs. On one hand you say we should boycott them and on the other hand waxaad leedahay is daji, how come? If it is that serious that you're pro-boycott then obviously there's something wrong. Do you know what blasphemey is? Only because you're an unbeliever doesn't give you an exception from the law of blasphemy because unbelieve and kufr in itself is blashemy! You're taking this matter far too easy and relaxed because you don't understand the implications behind the whole issue, I suppose you educate yourself in that matter and show more compassion and care for the prophet peace be upon him. I can't understand the lack of passion in here, as someone is suggesting to leave the matter alone and not give any attention because other's might copy the action and start of a whole group who are mocking islaam and another person says "take it easy man", it's not a game of baseball we're talking about, it's that you've to get into your mind!
  16. "Waxaan kaloo maqlay, in ay Munkar iyo Nakiir kaa haridoonaan markaad musqusha galaysid." Thanks but the perfect one is just below Mr. Grammer! Waxaan kale aan maqlay, in Munkar iyo Nakiir ay kaa harayaaniin marka aad musqusha usocotid. Now let's ask the audience and judges whose sentence is correct yours or mine.
  17. I guarantee you these cartoons wouldnt have seen the light of day if we didnt care. So, walaal what are you suggesting! To abandon our religion and be careless. Yes it is true that non-believers have mocked, degraded and insulted the prophet and muslims but what do you do is the question? No one can get away with insulting the prophet even those you said were "muslims", who do because in my eyes they're no more muslims at the time they insult the prophet because it's an offence that will take them out of the fold of Islaam! The person who insults the prophet needs to be put down and executed even if they repent in this world because it won't be accepted from them in this world, however it is said that it can help them in the hereafter that's if they really repented. In the same matter if an unbeliever does take the action of insulting the prophet, it's a duty on all muslims to defend the honour and integrity of the prophet by killing them and no blood money will be due. Walaal, the ummah went to war with kaafir nations for insulting the prophet and you suggest that we shut up and do nothing about it. You see if we don't act we will be summoned up one day and asked why we did not intervene and protected and defended the prophets integrity, it's a major sin in itself a lack of compassion and care. We should not look away and we should do our upmost best to defend the honour of the prophet and there is nothing more noble to die whilst defending the honour of the prophet except dying for the cause of islaam and to make Allaahs word supreme. This is not a joking matter, walaal!
  18. Blessed, sister I don't think that it was a little bit over the top that's my reaction/suggestion I'm talking about! You yourself would defend your integrity if someone would call you something vile and holy unappriopriate. Image and reputation isn't to be taken as fun. I could imagine you would defend yourself if attacked, then what do you say about defending the honour of the prophet. The prophet has more rights than you and you should love him more than yourself (ego), and both of your parents. Less significant things have been fought over and I personally can't think of anything more important than going to war to defend the last prophets honour and integrity other than going to Jihaad to uphold Allaahs word and to make it the highest. ------------ CW, walaal I always thought CW stood for collective wisdom but you have certainly disappointed me. You would die defending the integrity of yours and that of the people who you love and are close to you and to suggest that it's a mere "angry mob" looking to be offened is scandalous. The prophet is bigger than us and our ego's, he also deserves to be honoured and defended!
  19. A boycott is good but we need more drastic actions like cutting the diplomatic ties with the danish and the recalling of all muslim states ambassadors from Copenhagen. Also an absolute trade boycott on existing trade deals (it doesn't matter how lucrative they are)and the deportation of all danish expats and workers from all muslim countries and the threat of military invasion should be also considered. The prophet peace be upon him must be defended at all times from the vicious and unfound attacks against his pure personality. May the enemises of the prophet and islam perish and die an horrible death! Ameen.

    Questions ~

^^That's natural! But guess what it's ok wondering about ones life and the direction it will take but that's up to us. You could work very hard but never reach your ultimate goal. What is "success" often we're confused if success means the achievment of affording a "materilistic" life one has to wonder if we're really brainwashed into something we don't know or want. This life is only temporary and no one will ask you about your personal achievments like "if you had a big villa and an expensive 4X4", but as we worry about our life we should not loose the sight of the "bigger price", which is the eternal life. Often our priorities aren't right and we do things that we cosider is good for our "career" but ofthe it turns out of not being good for our life in the hereafter. I say work hard and do your best and on the other hand as much as you focus on temporary issues you should never forget that we're accountable for our deeds and that we will be summonded on day indeed in front of our lord, who won't ask us about our "worldly achievments" but about our deeds good or bad even studying hard for something that could benefit our religion and society will be a good deed that will be rewarded but don't worry about materilistic issues like owning an expensive car or having a villa because that necessary won't make you happy although money can be a fitnah but it is a "necessary evil". God knows best!
  21. What elemtary school are you talking about mate (if i can call you that). I don't know where you attended "elemtary school" but I'm sure that my teachers never told me about "shaving ones pubic hair", I guess I was too young. How can they taught you about cutting the hair under your armpits when you even did have hair on your armpits supposedly you were the same age as the rest of the guys who went to elemtary school with you. I only remember that when I was at elemtary school that I was examined by a couple of nurses whereas two boys had to enter a room whereas the rest waited at the corridor to get some vaccinations and other medical examinations like I had to put down my trousers and underwear whereas a "nurse" would check that everything is "alright" with me, I vivdly remember her touching and examing me but I never had "hygiene classes" except at later date in highschool where they told us about puberty, changes to the body, the need for hygiene etc. But even that never told us about proper hygiene. They never mentioned a hadith or how to take "wudu" and how to take a shower in the islamic way. Xoogsade you]re right. You only have to follow the steps after having intercourse or a "wet dream". But how many of the girls in here know how to clean and wash themselves after their xayd (menstrual cycle) has finished e.g. you don't start with washing your feet in the first place because you have to follow the right way of having/taking a "ghusl". On the other hand taking a shower everyday isn't good for you unless you're a builder ofcourse. Born Friday (what a beautiful name may I suggest you change it into "Died Friday"), moisturising, using oil on your body and hair is part and parcel of hygiene unless one consider himself to "masculine" and you prefer being sweaty (stinky) and natural.
  22. ^^You're wrong sister waligaa malaga quusto illahay iyo ducada. Muslims should pray for each other everytime because prayer cures. We should pray that Allaah the exalted reliefs them from their pain, hunger and diseases they're suffering from. They need rain that's why people should congregate to pray for rain back in the areas where is a lack of water. Only Allaah can safe them no money or people in this world can prevent disaster from happening, its a test from Allaah the exalted and those who pass it will come through much tougher, stronger and grateful. "Oh Allaah there is no other deity worthy of warship except you, Oh Allaah relief our muslim brethren from their burden, hunger and thirst! Oh Allaah give them guidance and what they desire in faith and life.Oh Allaah cure the elderly, the sick, woman and children who are suffering from hunger and disease. Oh Allaah give them a way out of their misery. Oh Allaah give them better livestock and cattle in exchange for their patience and the cattle their lost. Oh exalted Allaah provde them with food, shelter and medicine. Oh Allaah give us "better people" who are more righteous than the people who perished. Oh Allaah lower the suffering of the people in those region and give them happy news of rain so that they might be grateful to you. Oh Allaah except our du'a.
  23. Sxb, first of all thanks for your reply. Secondly let's get it straight I never said I was hydrophobic or that I hate having showers. If you would read carefully, you'd understand what I said. There is a major difference in taking a "shower" and a "bath". "The process of taking a bath itself is unhygienic, its like sitting in a stew of your own dirt." You see you learned something today, haven't you good Stoic. I wanted to do a public awareness notice in hygiene a long time ago but I never had the chance. Did you know that you have to shave your pubic hair and cut the hair on your armpits every 40 days? "If one left one’s nails too long, they would gather dust and dirt, and if pubic hair is not shaved, the area becomes too smelly. Armpit hair also smells badly if left for long, without being plucked or shaved periodically. As for brushing one’s teeth, this is a very important part of hygiene. The Prophet used to brush his teeth often, several times a day. He used a miswak, which is a tooth stick, similar to a toothbrush. Today, we can use a toothbrush and toothpaste." How often should one attend to each of these? We have a report that Abdullah ibn Umar, who always followed the Prophet’s guidance wherever possible, used to clip his nails once a fortnight, and to shave his pubic hair once a month. The same applies to plucking armpit hair. As for trimming one’s moustache, it should be done as necessary so as to ensure that it does not grow long. The Prophet brushed his teeth more than once every day." "Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Five things are included in the fitra: trimming the moustache, cutting the nails, shaving the public hair, plucking the armpits, and using the siwak (arak stick for cleaning the teeth)." The time for cutting the nails and hair: "Nafi' reported that Ibn 'Umar used to trim his nails every fifteen days and shave his pubic hair every month." How come then that I see numerous people who are muslims that have got long nails? Islam is a lifestyle and a way of life and it dictates us certain things that we need to do in order to be hygienic. How many of us know how to take a right "shower" after being in contact with nijaasa? Is there a routine muslims have to follow when they're taking a shower? There are many questions to anwser and i will try my upmost best to answer some of this questions.
  24. ^^Xashaalilaah! War Castrow ma beer baad cuntaa! Cakuu waxaad la jilicsantahay haatan baa gartay.
