Carafat, again why are you so upset. If the Puntland constitution will be harmonized with the TFG one and Puntland and it's people clearly state they are part if the union. What's the anger? Every region will take care of it's own, those that can not will be helped by the central government. Puntland is confident it will prosper without claiming anyone's land or assets and build it's own while contributing to Somalia. What's with all the fuss?

Adeer Puntland is not one region. It's not one clan. It's a vast regional State that has championed the unity of Somalia while otegrs actually broke away. Puntland has every right to take care of it's local priority while the rest of the nation is coming together. These weak clannish attacks and smear campaigns will bring nothing but a headache. Puntland has today enshrined a document that will now transform it's regions and bring it's people prosperity insha Allah.

What the he'll are you talking about? PM Abdirizak did not run a decentralized system he was a centralist. He was renowned for trying to create a meritocracy and institute a civil service. Again lad you see to mix things up in your rush of attacking Puntland.

I read this as encouraging the completion of the Federal constitution and creation of viable Federal States in other parts of Somalia. As you can see it's clear that it states clearly pending the completion therefore once that process is completed Puntland is not going to act as anything other than a Federal State within the Republic of Somalia.

The Boundaries of Puntland are those of her regions and districts before the outbreak of hostilities in 1991 The Puntland territory comprises: the airspace; the soil and the subsoil; the territorial waters, its contiguous zone and the Exclusive Economic Zone at sea up to a distance of 200 nautical miles from the mean low water mark, and with the Continental Shelf.

I see nothing that contradicts the national law. Actually the first lines mentions Puntland State of Somalia is part of a Federal union of the Somalia and will work towards it's creation and contribute towards it. However one has to take responsibility for it's regions and this clearly outlInes that.

I see Carafat is upset, now he is back to his old ways and cheap talk. The TFG has just appointed two powerful Ministers from Pintland who happen to hail from Sool & Sanaag regions. This shows that Puntland clout is ever growng. Insha Allah Khair.
