    So the D-block and the habraha are the only true somalis.

    Gabbal, it sounds like kamboni had no prior knowledge of garbaharey agreement and were left out of the loop. And why didn't IGAD consulted with kismayo administration? Dont they know this will cause conflict between kamboni and these men from gedo...
