  1. ^^ A sign of what? Waxa iska ilow saaxib and lets think of ways of how to milk this occurance.
  2. Lily, it's also nuune's crazy numbers dee (he has suxuur two hours after his iftaar, no cisha by the look of things). Dee waa hard and we are all lucky that there are only twenty nine days to go.
  3. I'm here. I have nothing to say and nothing has caught my interest yet. Strange!
  4. ^^ Are you going? I'm tempted but have a prior engagement.
  5. http://news.nationalpost.com/2011/07/20/famine-in-the-horn-of-africa-in-photos/ When the day is long and the night, the night is yours alone, When you're sure you've had enough of this life, well hang on Don't let yourself go, 'cause everybody cries and everybody hurts sometimes Sometimes everything is wrong. Now it's time to sing along When your day is night alone, (hold on, hold on) If you feel like letting go, (hold on) When you think you've had too much of this life, well hang on 'Cause everybody hurts. Take comfort in your friends Everybody hurts. Don't throw your hand. Oh, no. Don't throw your hand If you feel like you're alone, no, no, no, you are not alone If you're on your own in this life, the days and nights are long, When you think you've had too much of this life to hang on Well, everybody hurts sometimes, Everybody cries. And everybody hurts sometimes And everybody hurts sometimes. So, hold on, hold on Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on Everybody hurts. You are not alone<O:p</O:p
  6. ^^ That's just three people trying over and over again. Two of them already post on this thread, one is boycotting the thread and all three of them live in one man's head.
  7. Ah! Finally the thread settles back the way Femme intended it to.
  8. ^^ What day off? I thought you always burn the candle at both ends with your extra curricular activities, mate!
  9. ^^ Faan badana! As if you'd last half a round with a sumo wrestler. Val, look for a Turkish version hadaba.
  10. Caano maraaci naf ma leh. Expensive perfume, when cooked, gives you the purest alcohol ever. Val, for four quid you can get yourself an Iceland Indian Platter and pretend that you made it all.
  11. There is a dark cloud over Qardho it seems.
  12. ^^^ Abu Al Tayib wuxu yedhi: بذا قضت الايام ما بين اهلها مصائب قوم عند قوم فوائد
  13. Juxa, if I take a full day off the whole world will know that NGONGE is off on that day and, more often than not, I am unlikely to enjoy the peace and quite that I seek. With half days, I get to sneak home without anyone knowing about it and therefore wasaarada arimaha gudaha can not suddenly plan any major road works. p.s. Wasn't Rabbit urine a euphemism for biyaha kulul? Mise kaligay ayaa ciyaal suuq?
  14. In my experience with children and labour wards the younger the nurses the more friendly and happy they seem (except our grumpy one above of course ). But in other wards, the older the nurses the happier they seem. So, in conclusion (and as with life) old nurses don't like babies and young nurses don't like adults.
  15. I'm contemplating another half day but, with ramadan round the corner I feel it may be better used then. Hmmm, decisions..decisions. Hello all.
  16. NASSIR;736651 wrote: Ngonge, he is acknowledged to have won public trust at least in a trust-deficit place, the capital of the nation. We've already done this on that other thread, saaxib. Farmaajo should have been saying all of this when the Kampala Accord was signed and there was talk of him losing his job. He should have said it when people were out in the streets protesting and some were getting hurt in his name. Now, after the dust has settled and the caravan moved on, his empty barking is nothing but noise. Xiin, I strongly dislike people that waste golden opportunities yet cry when all is lost. You've seen my strong opposition to the ICU (as time went by), you've seen it with Sharif, you've seen it with Faroole and you're now seeing it with Farmaajo (but have you ever seen me criticise Colonel Yey? Even though his daring attempts failed). Farmaajo is a hopeless fake (regardless of how sincere or nice he is on a personal level).
  17. ^^ If both are injured I still reckon we'll win loads of games. Our midfield is BOSS ban ku idhi. The defence too looks alright (for this season). Carraghar and Skertl should be more than adequate in the middle and the full backs are also ok. But, like we all thought (including you) our main problem was in the middle and how to break teams down. With Downing and Adam I think we got good cover now. In addition, don't forget how well this team did at the end of last season. If you add the three new players we bought plus a fully fit Carroll, I really don't know why you need to worry. War relax, our problems are not half those our rivals have (look at United, Chelsea and Arsenal..heh).
  18. ^^ Naah. We're ok as we are. Chicharito fits United's style of play, Suaraz & Carroll (even Ngog) fit ours. You worry too much, mate.
