  2. Salam people from Berbera. It's the longest I've stayed here. 2Days and counting. Perfect weather but the sea iiiis cold. Lol Geel jire. How u doing. Long time eh. Hope xafadii is well
  3. Winter- I love love going into really warm places! hot chocolate, tea and cakes. Ice skating and movie nights are about the only things you end up doing. Invite people over, saves you meeting them anywhere and then having to walk/ get home! yiiiks
  4. Hmmmm- Juxa inshallah. I hope so too. Blessed!! are you serious?? lol Adam- I love you, dont let all the hating getting you down brother A&T lol I gave up on your threads because siidaa engrisi ugu qorsiid you switch to af Somali, and waan ka wahsaada to read Somali. In any case, I feel uncomfortable reading questionable things from oodayaasha! I will go and look for one thread now. Blue: well said!!! I could not agree more. Wrye: You need help- my answer is what Blessed said. Johnny B I didnt know you was still alive!!!! good to see you still kicking. I think I saw a thread titled- The day Johnny B started praying so I though you must have passed on. Ngonge: Lol because I am Ibti and I have a tendency to hear people out even if they chat rubbish The Cantrabaqash crew- talk to cyber space for the eyes are not reading >>>> door>>>>out
  5. YAwn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Salam people. 7.30pm and Im just about to have lunch- I hate waiting. Maantaab I spent waiting for one thing or another. But I got it all done! alhumdulilah. I randomly started thinking about the white man on Oxford Street who says "the end is near, either you are sinners or you are winners, so which one are you.... mama which one are you winners or sinners" hehehe I think we need one in the center of HArgeisa!
  6. There is no welfare system for Somalis from Somaliland, half of their population has some kind of mental illness and all the "war hero's" are going through stages of no one ever rewarded us or recognised us for our scarifies. You hear them bitterly complaining at every turn. If anyone should get welfare- they should. As a refugee as one point of my life, of course I wish it was different, but the reality is Somaliland is not and cannot provide welfare for anyone in its current state. Demanding that it should just simplifies the problems and shifts the blame. At the moment they are supplemented by INGOs who pay the welfare (much like they did when I was a refugee kid in Ethiopia) but of course that means many who are not needed or refugees are in the queue of welfare. lol
  7. Apophis regardless how much we stretch the deen lines/ aspect, you will still be excluded, so what does it matter what specific kind they are looking for? It is never gonna be deen-less. I have met some religious people who say culture is xaram and equal to gaalnimo.
  8. ^^Wadani- she is in school- sexual and feminist revolution adiga ayaa sheegeaya. I am amused how from school and office work you reached all that conclusions and then the added spices of what is intended for SL/Somalia etc. Yaab. Che. Lol Alpha- this thread has nothing to do with you- if you see your reflection it is purely accidental. Apophis: In Somali women or Kenyan women>?
  9. I think many men suffer from little man syndrome, so vulnerable needy women make them feel BIG, at the same time I find that many women pretend to be vulnerable as it is easier that way. I was discussing this with inanata gurgiga ila joogta yesterday. She has been going to school for a while now and one of her family member told her "dee malaah waxaad dooni inaad xafiis uu shaqo tagtiid" to which she almost ashamed replied, maya maya I just want to be able to read and write. Of course me and my big mouth I asked why? what is wrong if she has that aspiration, is it not better than what she is doing currently. A long and disturbing discussion ensued. I get the impression that culturally we raise women to be weak and vulnerable. I can't stand weak women who must always depend on some but I am amazed that there are men out there who find vulnerable women attractive? Even worse I find it strange to see a women pretending to be weak. When I lived in the UK, I always use to think, poor Asian women, madaax aya laga heesta, I never though strong, loud talking, stubborn Somali women could potentially be in the same category. I hope women get over this image of expecting some lion of a man to fight all your battles for you! Amen
  10. Deluded as usual- warya you chat up lines are lame, you have the whole attack, amuse, humour, attack sequence wrong. Blinding shinning suit, dacas and green leaf and gacan liibaax sounds like suicide. It is the wrong season baadow- you will freeze to death. IF you dont know- now you know- you can thank me later for my kindness in telling you. Che- they can't have it both ways. Either it has the responsibilities of a recognised state, or it does not. That is my regular debate with my IOM friends when they complain about the conditions of refugees in Somaliland and no welfare for them. I am like "WHAT?" lol

  12. ^^^What is wrong with deen? and can't someone with deen have culture also? Eeer on topic- marry who you want- it is you who has to live with them, not everyone else. I dont understand this whole consulting everyone about who you marry business. If ever I decide to leave my Bengali kusband, I am not consulting anyone about the next one either.
  13. This is not the marfash ciyaalo- feel free to comment or keep it moving. As the local gossip queen eer I mean farax you probably spend more time discussing make-up and waxaad aad sheegisiid.
  14. Juxa you know I dont see anyone unless I specially know I am going to see them. Give her my number and tell her I live near the 5th cow, six rows from the tallest towers in H-town. Failing that, tell her Im the girl with all the take away cake at Kulan 7pm each and everyday (qaar baa istaagi doon intey ruun moodaan!). I leave on the 11th, so happy to show around in the two days.
  15. ^^^^Missed the point there. As a none recognised State- I very much doubt they have ever signed any treaty about anything nor can it be breaching its obligations under international treaties since it does not exist in the legal sense. I might be wrong- one president or another probably thought it was a good look to sign all treaties to proof what a good well behaved "country" deserving of recognition Somaliland is
  16. Lol. Macsoonkor. I dont understand people who send or post compromising pictures of themselves online and then expect strangers or opportunistic people not to take advantage of them. IF you must send someone a nude photo- make sure they are dead first (or as quickly as possible after viewing). On a serious note- things are only in your control while in your possession (pictures or even speech)- soon as one other person has it- it is public!
  17. ^^^^That is a deal!! We will seal it with cake and shah. Now all we need is a farax iino raaca. lol
  18. SalamAlikum people. Lol I keep seeing the adverts for it- never been tempted to try it. This Somali songs Im listening to say "aad AC- da keenye", kuufarta ciidankooad, aad AC- da keenya" I wonder what he has against AC's? Maybe he went to the UAE and got over exposed to the things. Nice voice laafoole. I have so much work to cover in so little time. That is what I get for sleeping yesterday. oh welll. I have a new found love for Camels after going to the land of camels- nothing but camels; I was tempted to go native and steal some! lol so beautiful and graceful. I've been thinking I might buy some.
  19. SalamAlikum peeps. Feeling blue and tired. The road East is too darn fast. Made some new friends with camel herding nomads in Yagori and Gumeys who having completed the long voting queues offered us delicious fresh camel milk and entertained us. Nomads are so much nicer and kind compared to city dwellers. Reer Miyi at heart, I feel disillusioned with city life. Might be time for me to move once again, further into oblivious and the mysteries of this worlds nomadic life.
  20. HEllo= this should be renamed the food corner. lol Howdy people. I have the mother of all backache and it is giving me a very short fuse and zero tolerance today. iiish, Juxa are you settling back okay??? Looking forward to partying in the cold.

I am offended on behalf of all Somali women- considering he 1) publicly declared his cantrabaqash, 2) is offending both types of Somali women, really I should've kab dacasaan uu raaci- too bad I forgot. P.s. No reason for me to stay way, that defeats the purpose of forum- when I can offend him just as he offended us. Now if you find my post disturbing or rude- feel free to take your own advise and skip it.
  22. Lol- What do you have two laptops to talk to yourself warya!!! Ahaha deep uncontrollable feelings kulaha. Warya Im from Burco- we dont even believe in feelings iyo waxaad aad sheegeysiid- We consider it as softy and nacasnimo, duufka iska bi'ii please and ha igu ooyin. Anyway Im out, enjoy talking to yourself. Apo stay in your corner and start the SOL award thread for your errm friend.
  23. What first gave you way was the Cantrabaqash thread- In addition you single handily sustain and fuel- the lifeline of the wadahadal and the torture of this forum If you are not a script- then you hate us and love to torture us. I also notice when you get emotional, outraged or angry you sound just like him

  25. Ngonge so you figured out that the collation- is indeed a mighty script effort. The atheist thing confused you so maha- you should tell him that it is haram to pretend to be a kaafir. lol Waaliidu meel walba wey kula geeli. As for the SOLer of the year- if you didnt win when you was mad max, you wont win as Alpha, even if all the scripts come out- they only way you will win is IF it is gift- wrapped and given to you as a present. I am loyal, each and every year I vote for Juxa and Adam.
