I want to underline that somaliland troops will never pull out Sool, that's not going to happen at all , so any body who is Hopeful somaliland to leave sool peacefully is dreaming. There are only two options, keep fighting or talk. If we talk you are the one leaving lascaanod because you don't belong to This region.

I don't think the horgalayal will easily give up their generous stake in Garowe. No law can prevent them to hold political positions in puntland, even if they don't participate the elections. Somaliland had something called 'is xanbaar' designed for eastern sool and sanaag , same in xamar they have different system for the reer waqooyi MPs . Puntland is More likely to copy this.
I don't see horgalayal vacating their positions any time soon both in Garowe and hargeisa. This is the biggest challenge facing garaad jaamac. The peaple wants khaatumo but the reality is different. Khaatumo is nothing but name. The war in laascaanood is completely funded by puntland with small contribution from the public. This dependency is an other problem. Khaatumo leadership can't stay away from puntland because puntland feeds them.

Western Sool is a battlefield , sanaag capital will be exclusively for beesha dhexe , and the rest of the region will remain disputed. Same like Somalia and puntland, We can keep claiming places we Don't actually control. The real somaliland is the Beesha dhexe regions plus awdal. We have absolutely nothing to loose , for years we have been protecting the minorities and empowering them, just to build an inclusive and progressive society. From now on we Will take a different approach one that is based on the reality. Let's discuss about the reality. When the problem reaches in your region beesha dhexe has nothing to loose but you will certainly loose parts of your land. It's very predictable. For your friend galbeedi if he thinks he owns awdal I think he should think twice. I understand sometimes peace is boring and he is looking for some trouble. I am sure he will get the trouble he is looking for . But not from the beesha dhexe ! Galbeedi can end up landlocked .

It's funny galbeeedi and maakhiri are planning to bring the war into their home regions, even though it's not needed. And here they are lecturing muuse biixi to stop the war in laascaanood. I don't think somaliland can be defeated in Sool. And eventually this is turning into full scale qabiil war .
