They seek their part of the pie on their own merits - Cadkaaga gooso, ninyahow & Lugahaaga ku istaag! This coupling of Somaliland/Puntland is uttered by everyone that hails from Puntland from the President to the 2-yr old. It's flattering but useless.... Magaca iska dhiga! You seem to be suffering from paranoia. My advice: Take it as compliment.
  2. is't that Egal was PM of Somalia in the end of 60s? is't that he was Somaliland's president? and therefore a president of clanish entity. is't that he worked so hard (geed dheer iyo geed gaabanba u fuulay) to seperate Somaliland from the rest of Somalia? Is't that this seccesionist idea is clanish? Which part did I re-write?
  3. which part of that history don't you agree with?
  4. I'll never get used to it, walaal. neither will I ever get used to the idea of theirs that Somalia is for all muslims. No way. Somalia is for Somalis, PERIOD. I am myself neither a paki nor an afghan. I am Somali 100%. If they love so much the Afghani culture, they may as well migrate to Afghanistan.
  5. ^^Their uniform disgusts me among other things. Those people are barbaric who must be stopped at any cost.
  6. A man who led clan entity and day & night worked the dismemberment of Somalia. Let's now go back some 40 years and he was the PM of young and newly independent Somali nation. Now at last I understand why this country failed. However, all were not the same. Take the example of Adan Cadde, Alle ha naxariistee, never get involved in the civil war. Can't imagine Adan Cadde leading USC in 80s/90s. He was just a true Somali hero. But others who have given us clues why our country failed are; Yeey and Caydiid, holding high positions in the Somali army in 60s turned out the way we all know. My conclusion is that right after our independence we never had a chance to be a successful country. There were simply too many crooks in both the politics and the armed forces.
  7. in any case that is not funny at all. it's in the sadistic-nicknames category.

Nacasnimadaadaa meelkasta la taagantahay. Always looking for reasons to discredit Soomaaliweynimo. If you don't like it, there are other people who love that dream. Everybody can't be clanist, you know.

Well, shacab waxaa ah dadka aan hubaysnayn ee aagaas deggan. Abwaan, Abwaan, Meesha lagu dagaalamyo maha Mogadishu oo kale. Waa banaan cad oo xataa dhirtu ku yartay oo dhagax mooye wax kale oo rasaasta kaa celiya aan jirin. The best place men should settle their scores. [/QB]In that case, I wouldn't mind if all Somali ****-*******s, mujrims, drug addicts, shisheeye kalkaal, backward individuals, gaalo-raac, qabiileystayaal etc etc etc (in my estimation 50% of Somali men + few women) slaughtered each other in that place until the last man falls. That would be the ultimate solution for the rest of us. NABAD IYO CAANO.
  13. If I lose my sanity it's thanks to Somalia & Somaliweyn in general. I wish I didn't loved so much, because no one wants to go insane.
  14. Let's hope there will be no violence over this matter. Hopefully it'll have peaceful end. Allah bless YOU, Allah bless all Lands-of-Somalis!
  15. Originally posted by Najmudin: quote:Originally posted by Abdinasir Kadawo: Bad for all Somalis. Worst case scenario for Somalis in Somali Galbeed. Why is it worse for Somali Galbeed than for any other part of Somalia if Waqooyi becomes its own country? Let's look at the situation for Somali Galbeed now; 1. People of Somali Galbeed, SG, are dealing with more powerful enemy. Ethiopian fascist Habashi regime is recognised government with no embargo. Of being an inland country they have to use other countries as supply route for weapons and other essentials for their armed forces. So which countries can they use? Sudan? No they are not in a good relationship. Eritrea? No, they are enemies. Djibouti? Yes/no, it's getting expensive to use Djibouti port, Kenya? No, it's long and unsecured way. Only Somalia remains. At this present moment they use the Berbera port, because they find it cheaper than Djibouti port 2. People of SG are divided. This Division is the result of the division in proper Somalia. One could say it started as early as 1978, when first Somali rebel group (SSF) was formed by the treacherous A. Yusuf Yeey. Soon many rebel groups (SNM and USC among others) who fought their country followed suit. Many of the SG freedom fighter in the then Western Somalia Liberation Front (WSLF) jumped over to those rebel groups for obvious tribal connections. This development culminated in the collapse of WSLF in mid 1980s. Some components of the collapsed WSLF founded O*aden National Liberation Front, ONLF. Yet to this day some sections of Somali Galbeed communities accuse this organisation for being the work of one single clan (by and for one clan). Now same sections assist the enemy instead of siding with their brothers. 3. Because of points 1 and 2 their misery goes on with not much hope in sight. A united Somalia would weaken the Habashi regime and unite the people of SG. Remember it's same people other side of the border. If people of Somalia unite, it will lead the unity of the people of SG. Often clan wars in SG have its origins in Somalia. Also the Habashi imperialist regime wouldn’t have easy access to sea, which would to some extent isolate them. If on the other hand Somalia became 2 or more countries, the division of the people of SG would be cemented and there would be a weak link of those many balkanised Somali nations which Ethiopia would take advantage of. They already are taking advantage of Somaliland and Puntland.
  16. Bad for all Somalis. Worst case scenario for Somalis in Somali Galbeed.
  17. ^which area? Luuq? The equator is more than 400km south of luuq and about 40km north of Kismayo. In that case Kismaayo should have been hotter than Luuq, is it?
  18. Adigu waligaa ku digri "Puntland is clan entity" iyo "Somaliland is clan entity". Bal noo sheeg meesha Soomaaliya ah oo aan "clan entity" ahayn! I have seen you praise Galmudug and never call it a clan entity. Is it the CHOOSEN "clan entity"? Your selection of which place is "clan entity" is based on clannish sentiments, I guess. Therefore you are no better than the likes of Duke and those who you call “clannist”.

Or perhaps PL should make all aliens sign up and register themselves every morning. Ah, these aliens, taking all the jobs of the puntlanders. Their income support and khat allowance should be cut off. It is high time for the creation of PNP( Puntland Natioanlist Party) which shall run on the slogan of " puntland for puntlanders". Seriously........... ........ Loooooooool It seems Faroole can't decide which one of PNP(Puntland National Party) and PPP(Puntland Pirates Party) to create
  20. Originally posted by Sue: But for arguments sake...considering the region, it's on the equator and there is an active volcano, I'd imagine it is in fact the hottest place on earth. The equator go through six nations in Africa and they are; Somalia, Kenya, Uganda, the two Congos and Gabon. Afar depression is on the other hand located on around 10°N.
