Well, unlike the dim Minister, you understand how government works; you should throw your hat in the ring in the next selection cycle.

I think they make up the majority in Xamar now, and whilst not visible in top tier business community, perform almost all skilled labour jobs, and are getting smarter in their dealings, but are unarmed. They are no longer the dormant, silent, invisible community. Funny story, we had our car break down on way back from Garacad earlier in the year, and were lucky to have found a local mechanic, who happened to be a good gentleman of j3reer extraction, who fixed the car. He makes good money as the 2nd mechanic in that city. In conversation over lunch, he told us " when he goes back to Xamar, his village being just outside of Afgooye, he is received as "Qurbejoog", and enjoys certain social status as a "Qurbejoog". He ran for a Fed. Parliamentary seat, but lost to one of his cousin. "I ran out of dollars, and had to dash back here to earn more" he pined. In other words, the greater their earnings, the higher their social standing, and their being recognised, and availed rights as natives.

So, there is a Council of Ministers.

O' you seem to have missed an important distinction: Darawishta PL, and clan militias from Mudug reinforcing SSC Admin in Las Anod. You are out of luck, as nothing changes at the front.

What does not quite compute is why they would make an issue out of nothing when they are sitting on a ticking bomb? If that list by Daljir is true, then there is no hope for this nation! The Garaad project is 500 million project, and even if the 20m land sales proceeds had been used towards the project, which I think was very smart, it would be part of the stake PL owns in this public-private partnership project, barely 5%. The Fed. government decided to sit on the funds for the road funds by donors, which is now being privately financed, yet here they are slinging mud, which does more harm to them than any other. The level of vagrancy and incompetence is astounding.

I am not familiar with Xamar, but someone made a list of 17 prime public land locations in Xamar being either sold off, or just taken over, a good example being Daara Salaam gated community, which was a military base, and most of Hormuud occupied land. An interesting one I observed whilst in Xamar a couple of years ago, was the old cinema, Equatore, I think in No.4, which has been taken over by the current President's family, since then building a large 5 storey tower. When I enquired with my local driver, he said it was normal, I asked whence he [President] got the money, he laughed saying 'You Qurbejoog are naive'. Imagine that. The family, which owned Equatore cinema are languishing, as refugees, in Europe. And here is Daljir with a longer list.

So, there is land worth 20m in Galkacyo? Where is it? Are we sure he did not mistake 2m for 20m? So, 20m is just under 5% of the total investment, and with the project being a public-private partnership, would that not be Puntland's stake in the project? And with their being no Federal land policy, PL land policy applies, where it requires any public land being sold, must be subject, and passed by the Local District, and if its value is over 50,000, it must be passed by the Parliament. MMA, A chance for you make a thread of all the public lands in the country being sold off, and taken over, and begin with large cities incl. Xamar, Hargeysa, Kismayo, Baydhaba, Burco, Galkacyo etc.

Here is a prediction for you: If you are still in Gooja cadde by this time next week, your strategy is working, despite losing all your senior officers, bases, and most of your foot soldiers. Here is your cousin reflecting on what happened last night. Listen to the bit about the casualties. https://fb.watch/mA-7gdDrK2/ -
Cigaal had no 'caqli', was only familiar with a 'divide to rule' type of politics, and by far was one of the worse evils to have befallen on the Somalis, but that is a conversation for another day. Now, why do not you rally behind GXJS to lead the State? After all, they are your educated class, natural leaders, have the population mass, fought and died for it, and have shown they could from S Sanaag to Hargeysa, their de facto, legacy stronghold. By the way, I know what I am talking about, am familiar with the history of Habraha, their struggles, and the region, as it is not some tookh I read on the Internet, or " aan bawsaday", so before you respond, pause, and think.

It is good you recognise wherein lies the quandary. Besides ina Mooge, as the mayor of Hargeysa, who comes across as possessing the right ingredients and potential, has there been a bona fide young talent being elected, admitted in politics? Jamal Cali Xuseen, C/raxman C/Qadir were the only two, with a couple of other hopefuls, who tried, and we all remember what came of them. Did it occur to you the reason there are 'external enemies', as you put, is due to dim politicking, and poor leadership?

You might have missed the nub of the query: why does a political party have a life cycle as if a product with a shelf life, or need to expire? Should not voters be the ones determining, or deciding whether a party, and by extension its leadership, is electable, or not? On the matter of his being unfit to govern, why not rise, and support the Gacan libaax resistance?
