I don't count calories, I don't check for carbs/sugar. I just eat. I have decided to leave the office at lunch time and sample the delights around me. Could do with a cake to top it all off.

Today's lunch? Soup Lebanese Chicken Lasagna Fries Salad Custard desert Sprite Back in the office and had 1 banana 1 Nutrigrain bar Remaining 1 banana 1 Nutrigrain bar
