For those of us who are Muslims know the basic consencus amongst all Muslim scholars is that a woman should cover her hair and her other body parts aside from her face, hands and feet. How one implements that dress code is a matter of choice or more so which sect one follows and even the common culture is the society one belongs to will determine it. Many a so-called Sheiks has expressed their opinions on the particular dress code their followers should wear ( men and women ) and pressure has ben put on women to chage their dress code rather being allowed to do it out of thier own occord : that is FACT (in Benitez Style ) Many anti-Islamists ( Muslims and non-Muslims ) are taking advantage of the veiws of the current ultra extremist to bash Islam and cause confusion within the Umma : that is FACT Even the Refs ( the media ) on their side : that is FACT.

How sad that u ask wo tarnished the Somali name and yet immediatly resort to one single fact ( Tribalism)that is is mainly been our downfall. A wise man would stay and invest his money there but most people Somalis not in Europe ( and that includes North America & Down Under ) would give an arm and leg to get Europe, so if the dude's heart is set of wanting to get here then let him come and advise him of the bit falls that he will surely have to overcome. We need to protest against this hate-inciting article. It was a oviosuly a story to make a political/relegious/race point. If the SUN simply wanted to highlight the problem of the many famalies depending on welfare then it could have chosen any one of the many WHITE famalies to feature or even to be impartial a cross-section of British society. We need to write, email and call the SUN to voice our protest and to contact other bodies ( The PCC, local MPs etc ) and highlight the wider implications this could have on the average British Somali. )
