Plain and simple There's no use in reasoning with the likes of him. LOL you are under the misguided impression that what you think has any bearing on what I believe or think.

  11. muslims should be the last people to complain about religious intolerance
  12. lol why does this fascinate you? and are you small minded enough to think Somalis should go to wars over grazing land? its 2013 man
  13. 25k in Minnesota is kinda low balling it, even Columbus easily surpasses that. And there are big numbers in the DC area, Seattle and California.

I can't agree with this more. how fickle our memory, did we already forget the disastrous speakership of mr sakiin. Its undignified for a speaker to jump in the middle of conflict between other branches of government. If the executive branch can not reconcile, the president needs to request a vote of confidence from parliament for the cabinet. if the cabinet gets it, they stay and if not the president gets to appoint a new one. I second the speakers advice to both the people and members of parliament.
  18. Did you tell the immigration official the reason your seeking residency/citizenship was because the earth belongs to allah looooooool

  20. all lot of people here are under the ah, missguided, view that advocating human rights is somehow anti-Islam. That is very disturbing, lets hope for all your sakes that you are not people are not among these people.
  21. Safferz;985874 wrote: Did you mean to say the left? I said it's often the ones associated with the right who are hostile towards Muslims, though that's not to say liberals/leftists can't be racist as well. But they do not build xenophobia and islamophobia into their political platforms, as so often seen with right-leaning political parties and governments in Europe as well as in the United States. freudian slip? lol I should've studied psychology, would've been much more useful among Somalis
  22. Safferz;985871 wrote: More importantly, I'm baffled that people seem to think leftists and liberals are behind anti-Muslim attitudes and the interventions and attacks on the Muslim world (we can suspend debate over what motivates imperialism for a minute here). The frustration is misplaced and uninformed -- islamophobia and xenophobia is notoriously associated with the right , and folks like Ayaan Hirsi who pander to those attitudes identify as neoconservatives . I could be wrong but I think the ideological affinity between one radical here (Neoconservatives) and another there from the muslim world leads to cognitive dissonance where they know the source of their frustration but must blame liberals/leftest/atheist/feminist, anyone really, but the true source of their ire. Another useful term: willful ignorance.

The only ceeb here is that you did not stand up and say sidaa ha ula hadlin islaanta, submit complaint and report them so they( doctor or nurse) could be retrained. Ps: ha isdilin please. This right here is good advice, if not out of moral obligation towards you fellow Somalis, do it because its your Job At the risk of sounding like you, there is this lady that works with me and for the love of me I can't get her to pronounce check right
