  1. Live from the dungeons of Somali presidential palace waayee ariinta markaas......and I thought everyone here was just Fadhikutiriir and not representing the government...
  2. If I even attempt any of his ways I think She-who-must-be-obeyed would say "Miyaat Buuktaa Maanta"...Seems like something that can be done, but it needs a lot of effort. So I'll pass it on...When I get home all i want to do is watch my ESPN and evening news. She gets all my attention on weekends if she is lucky...lol
  3. What they got some Jeremy Lin Cinderalla story type? Is this their first tournament? Good for them..Somalis can be good if they can focus and get organized...
  4. Fajr Prayer this morning the last Rakkah and all we hear is Big Sean music banging from one of the brothers jacket..lol...Having your ring tone as Big Sean and forgetting to turn off during Salah does distract people and it is awkward...Another one from my hilarious characters in my Masjid.. African American male refuses to pray with us after someone mention to him one time it was impossible for him to pray with us after reeking of alcohol..Now he prays by himself and leaves before the jamcaa.Waved at him this morning lol .thought that was funny...
  5. Xiin, First of all being Sijui and Somali is not Ceeb.It only makes you guys looks like ditz every time you invoke the Sijui line.Be that as it maybe now one doesn't need to be born in Somalia or Somaliland to form an opinion on the sheer hypocrisy that you guys peddle here. I still hold those firm believes you said.I'd rather support a functioning government with a decent peace loving people than one with sad scenerio of suppresion and failure. With every turn of your screw to discredit Somaliland; they always do what they do best and that is have a successful system of organized community!
  6. Heh...Xiin.I have been reading the opinions of many in this board to know how to separate the wheat from the chaff...Why do you guys think that a SIJUI person can't have an opinion about Somalia/Somaliland issues...Ma Ciirkaa kasotegnaay warya?
  7. Wadani, don't read to much into what Xiin posts about Somaliland. He is another extreme..If it is up to him(too bad for his limited hopes) Somaliland will be controlled from Mogadishu...He often forgets to wed the legitimate existence of a place called Somaliland (with a president and government) with his limited optical illusion..
  8. Wadaani, Salaax, wa MuoRYAN reer waqoyii aah..I honestly don't know the geography of the land, but I was trying to tell him not to claim other people land. If today someone comes to Hargeysa or Salaxley with a barrel of the gun my blood will of course boil.Same thing with our brothers from Khatumo...
  9. AfricaOwn;911903 wrote: What about the case for Erigavo and western Sanaag? I don't even know who lives in Western Sanaag..My reference point was the cities (or tullo for our pedantic Salax) that Khatumo clans own. Only a delusional Somalilander with symptomatic of a psycho-pathological disease might be fooled to think that this clan wants to be part of the secession. It is the apparent collective amnesia of Somalilanders that worries me. These people are fighting for their inalienable right to be same footing with the rest of Somali clan. Everyone wants to control his land.Every Somali wants to be the leader of his corner and I really don't see any reason to block their ambitions. They are NOT clay to be molded by the Somaliland potters hand. They want to be free and it will only create more problem for the already fragile Somaliland if they keep winning wars instead of peace!
  10. Salax, you think I know or have the desire to know every little tuulo Somaliland occupies that are predominantly inhabited by the clans of Khatumo?
  11. Waryadha listen I don't have a sudden case of Mooryanism flue that our trigger happy Salax suffers from .If he was a member of the church of the painful truth he will admit that his story has no legs. You guys don't own places like Lasacanod and many other cities that you occupy.Unless you guys read another map than everyone else, every Somali clan has a city/land predominantly occupied by them.Someone from Puntland can't claim Mogadishu (unfortunate) and same thing with the others. It is just the way reality dictates.Your arguments is not overwhelmingly persuasive to even the unsuspecting non-Somalis. Sure you make no bones about your dislike for the people that are against Somaliland, but at least admit you don't own the Land.
  12. ^ Warya, Yes I'm a sijui and what is your point?.You are a ******** with an internet
  13. Warya Salax, niin walaan tolkii abuu miir qabaa..(Shiit Somali is hard) markaa the land is NOT yours..calm down with your MOuORYAN atiitude
  14. Waar Maalika ya kaxanajiyay? Waryaa reer Somaliland you should be sympathetic to any death on any side ..Hayaay..things are getting a bit personal.. This stuff is like winning the war and loosing the peace.True Somaliland secesion embodies many ironies when it comes to the status of secesion.I'm for the argument that Khatumo clan will definitely offer (if it is NOT already) an outpost of influence on the status of Somaliland secesion since they are strategically wedged between SL and Somalia..If I was a Somaliland leader I'd have let this people go their merry way and carve out the once that happy with the secession. I have never met a Khatumo clan member confess their desire to be a member of Somaliland. Abandoning these policy of forcing people will exact less headache for Somaliland.I'd rather have a Somaliland that has a central authority and less of groups fighting.Lets not clutch on the illusion that Somaliland can't exist without Khatumo clans.Somaliland can exist without them and so can they also.Somaliland ways of forcing them can't endure for so long. Its just a matter of time.Somali clans are NOT cut from different clothes.Everyone wants to be the leader of their clan/land.
  15. About time they get a dose of their own medicine the Kenyatis..We all knew Eastleigh was nothing without Somali traders..
  16. ^ I must have misread your earlier point about having breakfast with the president.I thought it did came up and he was adamant about putting them in their place!
  17. Xiin, will you say this an order to distract Somalilanders from their looming misery? Since you had a breakfast this morning with the Somali President, are you saying the end is near and Somaliland will fold? Why do I feel like you will rue your rush misplaced optimism once the the end game you are wishing Somaliland fails to materialize?
  18. We will let it slide and give you the honorary citizenship of Garissa....Apo is just pulling your leg...I think he is the suspect since GSA people are mostly people of faith....except Shafici Gaal ofcourse
  19. Heh..Hatuu baal inow abtiirso ... We have to verify your identity for Apo so he doesn't suspect you as a fifth column in Garisa.. Xageet Kudalatay ..Ma Province baat taganeeyt? How many hours is the bus ride from Garissa to Nairobi? Excluding the one hour Mwingi lunch break (If they still do)... PS By the way I'm tempted to drive through Garissa this year when I go there..You can still give me some Ujumbe
  20. Waranle, I agree..the Prime Minister didn't play that regional chessboard diplomacy well.....this was a disquieting signs of ineptitude on his part..its not like Somaliland will drop everything run to Mogadishu tomorrow....
  21. Haatu, that insurance is NOT enticing when you have people like Oba and Mooge playing for the other team (also My men xaaji is in the same league with them)
  22. Haatu, I think I'm more of Part-time..I have no loyalty to one group although majority of time my loyalty is with Somaliland ambitions.
  23. ^Warya I'm a closet Somaliweyn, but the prime minister talking out of his behind..Nothing will make Somaliland toe the line only force at this point...the rest is a dream for now...haha
  24. The Prime minister just duel Fatwas on Somaliland..toe the line or much less be suicidal...Somaliland is less provocatively and more intelligent to listen to this kind of FATWAS....You got work on your plate Mr. Prime Minister..Send some more muscles on Somaliland way perhaps they may toe the line...Everything else is just a dream right now.
  25. ^ Feisal can be honest sometimes.I had lunch with him one time and he seemed genuine in his passion for Somaliland.Tough and diplomatic. Blessed, has a point here.Feisal was premier ally and part of the opposition groups that co-signed the whole popular slogan "Lets talk to Somalia" new policy of the current government. He should at least have some decency and and include himself in the new blame game.
