Suldaanka Posted September 4, 2017 Prof. Cali Khaliif is a realist. The so called "Midnimo" can only come if Hargeisa blessed it. No amount of acrobatic manoeuvring can change that. Be it lap dancing for Garoowe or Mogadishu or even entertaining "mini-me statelet".
