They stopped Cali Khalif Galaydh from boarding the airplane to Djibouti for talks with war criminal Silanyo who murdered over 300 civilians in Buhoodle back in 2010. Did he ask if reer Buhoodle wanted to join Silanyo's side(who by the way murdered over 300 locals of Buhoodle in the past) or not? the answer is no.
