British people are good people to imitate, in terms of prestige and great achievements on the world stage the people who managed to rule 70% of the world Land mass and was once called Dawlada aan calaneekudu dhicin.

 

There is no SNM administration SNM as a courageous rebel movements ceased to exist in 1993, and Somaliland republic.

 

The British have deep admiration for Somalilanders in terms of achievements dignity and their contribution to Britain.

 

The British government supports Somaliland government and Somaliland it assists and trains the security forces it provides aid assistance technical support, the British government even created the Somaliland development fund and the Somaliland development corporation which allows Somaliland to bring investors in the country and from a legal point of view the British government stands firm to support such an institution.

 

As for formal recognition obviously since Britain is viewed and historically colonized many parts of Africa it cannot recognize Somaliland with out the consent of the AU, legally it cannot intervene in the African continent. But the British are not a hostile people towards the people of Somaliland and their aspirations and there are many mps in the European parliament and the British parliament who fully back SL recognition. These people will always be remembered by the SL people to be friends of the people of Somaliland.
