Four Things That Make Your Body Sick.

Inspired by sister Blessed's beauitul ahadeeths...I thought I should share these with you as well Insha Allah and I pray that they will inspire us all to try and improve Insha Allah.

 

 

Our beloved and noble Prophet p.b.u.h said: Four things make the body sick.

 

 

1.Excessive talking

 

2.Excessive sleeping

 

3.Excessive eating and

 

4.Excessive meeting other people

 

 

 

Then he mentioned four things that destroys the body:

 

 

1.Worrying

 

2.Sorrow (Sadness/Grief)

 

3.Hunger

 

4.Sleeping late in the night

 

 

 

Then he told us four things that dry the face & take away its happiness:

 

1.Lying

 

2.Being disrespectful / impudent (insisting on something wrong knowingly)

 

3.Arguing without adequate knowledge & Information.

 

4.Excessive immorality (doing something wrong without fear).

 

 

 

Then he revealed four things that increases the wetness of face & its happiness:

 

1.Piety

 

2.Loyalty

 

3.Generosity (being kind)

 

4.To be helpful to others without he/she asking for that.

 

 

 

Four things that stop the Rizq (Sustenance):

 

1.Sleeping in the morning (from Fajr to sunrise)

 

2.Not Performing Salaat or Ir-regular in Prayers

 

3.Laziness / Idleness

 

4.Treachery / Dishonesty

 

 

 

Four things that bring / increase the Rizq:

 

1.Staying up in the night for prayers.

 

2.Excessive Repentance

 

3.Regular Charity

 

4.Dikr (Remembrance of Allah / God).

 

 

 

The Holy Prophet (SAW) said, Stop doing everything during the Athaan, even reading the Quran, the person who talks during the Athaan will not be able to say the Kalima Ashahada on his/her death bed.

 

 

 

The Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him & his progeny), Also said to communicate to others even if you listen One Verse (Ayah) & this one verse will stand on the Day of Judgment for intercession.
