First Somali Audio Books from Redsea-Online

Recommended Posts

The conversion of books into audio data presented itself as on of the most effective and highly beneficial methods to give Somali readers the opportunity to access Somali literature in a more enjoyable and accessible format. We believe this method will in particular assist members of the community with partial or reduced vision and any other group with special needs who are often overlooked or not catered for at all. Audio books will also engage the vast number of people who are not experts in reading Somali or are in the process of transiting from oral to written literature.

^^ It actually doesn't. The "waxa la yedhi" crew will lap this up and discard written materials. Audio books are only a good idea for islaamaha iyo odayada warka jecel.
