and plans are planned when tiim (name arab tribe)are absent and they will be consulted when they are present at the meeting.this thoroughly describes the real culture of arabs and how weak they are in all iintertational and contanental afairs.i mean look at iraq while eu and u.s.a are fight over iraq's oil no want is consulting them although they are there.when palestinian road map comes,it only eu russia and u.s.a that discuss the issue.no single arab country has it's say in these issues

such a weake intertational position will not help moslim world at large and arabs in particular.
