On the other hand the vice president of Puntland State Hassan Dahir of Qurac was present at the conference in July, when they said, that they will rule themselves by the law of Allaah the exalted (Isku maamul shareecada diinta islaamka)!

 

All Puntlanders support them but they clearly stressed, that they were in fact part of Puntland but that extra judiciary rulings such as murder and rape will be dealt by the clan, which will limit countless other death seen when someone kills a member of another clan!

silly people you are. this is a place where the garaad holds meetings. This meeting whose pics you have posted was about reconciling some of the sub clans of sool, not to declare a court. puntland already has courts and much, much more.
