As soon ss the voter registration is successfully tested and running well, and will be soon insha Allah. But again, the the most important thing is not when, but are we ready for another election.

2009 wasn't a successful year for Somaliland politics. It had lots of downs than positives, considering the long overdue elections were never held. Lets hope Insha Allah, this year will be better. However, the positives were the private sector such as Dahahbshiil, SomGAS, Telecom, and off course that Good ole peace that we have had for last 17 years(exception 2 year civil war).
