Cowke Posted August 1, 2010 So far what we do know is solar cooking and solar street lights are flourishing thru puntland. We need to expand the solar project and create 1 main solar energy generator plant to serve the whole puntland region. Believe me if we based the plant in bosaso with the strong sun-light it can power all of bossaso up day and night.
