Yesterday Somaliland and garowe exchanged prisoners of war in the laascanood war . This is positive step forward . Who would have thought Somaliland and pl could have some sort of strategic cooperation . No one ever could think so . Thought they are the enemy of Somaliland and the people of Somaliland from a tribal point of view. How ever from a political point of view  there can be some cooperation since both Somaliland and garowe see the bunker as clear enemy . I think the bunker threw everything they had. Towards Somaliland trying to ban livestock trying to up lift the bandit terrorist in laaacanood . Trying to monopolise the hadj . Starting to Harass Somaliland citizens to buy some sort of visa to go to  Somaliland attacking international companies and telling them to remove Somaliland name from their database . The thing is they used every card they had already there is nothing left . I think we can find a way to unseat the man in the bunker and make sure the international community sees that they have invested their eggs on the wrong entity .

And for the first time ever a politician  from Somalia said that Somaliland people have the right to determine their own future this is so significant I have never heard some one say this the past 3 decades it was all ma tegi kartan ma bixi kartan anaga dhulkina leh iyo dadkina mustaqbalkina anaga leh abooowe noooh . Ma yeelan kartan ikhtiyaar.. this has changed now with deni . He has no issue with our self determination it’s the start of a new era

War time British leader Churchill was once asked what was his greatest challenge to his adminstration, he said: "events, my dear boy, events".  Now events are turning the Somali politics upside down. Dani wants Somali presidency come what may, and Hassan know he is his greatest challenge to his crown hence why he is not seeking peace with him. One way or another there will be election or selection next year in Somalia and Dani thinks his time has come. Therefore, he is throwing a bone to Somaliland and telling them, boys play ball and  I might give you some of the things that you need. That is all to it.

If Deni aspires to the presidency of the bunker, then good for him; however, I remain uncertain about his true intentions. Somaliland holds no influance  in the selection process within the Bunker, after all. Be that as it may, Deni appears to be aiming quite high. Yet, is he not expected to remain President of Puntland until at least 2029? One wonders, then, how he intends to campaign for the presidency of the Bunker concurrently interesting indeed.

In any case, politics is a realm where neither alliances nor friendships are ever truly permanent. If Deni is indeed sincere about pursuing cooperation and building an alliance, with the Somaliland republic  then let us explore what we might be able to achieve together and to cooperate and fight our common foes.
